Thomas Hall from Paul Davis was extremely helpful in dealing with the flooding that occurred in our basement resulting from a burst pipe. He arranged for immediate damage control to remove the wet rugs, warped parquet flooring and the floor tiles which contained asbestos. He also had industrial dehumidifiers and fans running throughout the basement to ensure proper drying. Thomas was very professional yet personal, friendly and sympathetic to our circumstances. Thomas represented our family fairly and firmly when dealing with our insurance provider.I would definitely recommend using Paul Davis and hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Thomas Hall as your contact.D.B.

This was the restoration company our insurance chose after a leak from our dishwasher damaged the floor and the kitchen cabinets. Paul Davis came, took the floor out and installed dryers and dehumidifiers. However, they failed to even realize that mold had already started growing overnight. This went missing and they didn’t even notice. Had to hire a mold remediation company as well as a new contractor to restore our property to its original condition.As well, they failed to inform us that the drying and dehumidifying equipment would generate heat. Our condo was above 35° C and our reef aquarium crashed due to the extreme heat. Everything in it died. Over $2000 lost due to negligence of this company.Will be going through small claim court and arbitration to recover our loses due to their negligence.

PM from Paul Davis is NOT in professional manner. Paul Davis was assigned from my insurance company to repair my condo after a condo water flood. Julio from Paul Davis changed the repair process at tenant's request without giving me prior notice, and insist that he had no choice had to let tenant to move in the content. Actually, before that incident, I had reminded him couple of time that any repair to my unit should first consult with me not be carried out at the tenant's request. I find it really puzzling that despite having plenty of time to communicate with the tenant about her move and missing my alerts about the altered baseboard installation procedure.

My sister had a flood in her condo. Rheir restoration service was amazing as well. They took care of everything very efficiently, tho thru the insurance, when we went to pick up our stuff, they were so professional, incredibly polite, and very friendly. Ravi even showed me around and their hall of past projects and even sat us down and himself started to make and serve coffee for us, the movers was man name Hernandez he was also very friendly and talkative, and the third man but all were so nice, we had a short exposure to them but a very nice one.

Huzaifa and his team at Paul Davis looked after installing new floors in my condo after they were ruined by water damage from the unit above. They were very professional and did an excellent job with the new floors. Would recommend!

Paul Davis did the emergency services very quick, clean and finished the overall job on time. They also replaced my floors and cabinets after a flood that I had at my unit. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to everyone needs emergency services in flooring

Thomas hall is the personification of great customer service. We had a sewage related flood in our basement. Being first-time house owners, Thomas calmly walked us through the process and made himself available to chat at our convenience. He came to our house within hours; answered emails, calls and texts quickly all days and hours of the week; was always on time for any appointment; and always followed up until we were satisfied. He had crew onsite within record time. Thomas understands that these situations can be traumatic and he always shows a tremendous amount of empathy. You never feel pressured working with Thomas and he’ll give you his honest and professional opinion. Essentially, he’s not happy until you’re happy. Would definitely work with Thomas and Paul Davis if I’m in this unfortunate situation again.

I can't say enough good things about the professional crews at Paul Davis. Kelby Miles coordinated the restoration work on my house with kindness, excellent communication and on-time delivery. I had three different crews involved in the work. All were on-time, very courteous, skilled and so thoughtful. The end result of the work is excellent. I am so appreciative.

Paul Davis is a fantastic company and we could not have been happier with the great work that they did at our place. The project Coordinator, Huzaifa Abid, was exemplary in every way. He treated the project as if it were his own place that needed repair! He was a master communicator and kept us up to date on all aspects of the repair; he even took our calls on weekends! Huzaifa knew that we were hosting an important event and needed the work be completed before then, and he delivered!
