I have been coming here for over 8 years. Cecilia ALWAYS makes me feel comfortable and somehow can remember stories from months before, picks up like we just saw each other yesterday. She is so skilled and I leave feeling like a new me! She really is the human you want to see month to month. She cares for you as a human and no matter what your size for those intimate appointments, never makes you feel uncomfortable but beautiful! I am so grateful all those years ago I randomly called to have a Brazilian as a larger lady to surprise my husband as we were heading to Las Vegas. Thank you Cecilia!

I have been getting my nails done here for over 13 years. I love coming here. The technicians are so professional and outgoing. I always get compliments on how nice my nails look which shows what a great job they do.

Went to this wonderful salon for a birthday experience for me and my daughter. My daughter is turning 6 . The owner (Cali) did my daughters nails and Angelina did mine. They were both so sweet and even played a couple games of 20 questions and I spy with us. I was especially impressed with how clean and sanitary they were. Thank you for being so great!

Horrible horrible service, we arrived early for our birthday nails confirmed appt, and let them know we are there. Left us sitting, in the empty salon, while staff chatted with one another and no other customers there, for nearly 30 mins.We eventually walked out, and got service across the street at Happy Nails for a third of the price.

Came in with a nail disaster from another salon. Kelly was so welcoming and did an amazing job fixing my nails. Very happy exeperience and I will definitely go back :-)

I took my disabled wife , who was a loyal/regular customer of this store to get her nails done on Weds, June 25/14. Her appointment was for 630 pm which fit our schedule nicely as I can wait until after I am home from work to take her. They are open until 8pm on Wednesday's.Admittedly, because she had some difficulties getting to the car that day, we arrived 15 mins late @ 645 pm. This was confirmed by Sandy (the young lady who was to perform the service). When we went to get out of the car , she came out of the front door of the shop & told us we were 15 mins late & that she would not have the time to complete the service. Traditionally, my wife's nails take approximately 1 hr to complete. So, she logically would have been completed @ approximately 745 pm, 15 mins BEFORE closing. My wife pays the higher fees this store charges & tips generously because she appreciates the quality they provide & the extended hours.There were NO other cars in the lot so I can only assume we were the only ones there. I do not know if there were any other appoiintments to come in, however I find that point irrelevent. I reminded her (Sandy) that my wife is disabled to which she replied that they have rules" and that she would have to rebook....For being 15 mins late & the store was "supposed" to be open until 8pm anyway.Now lets assume there was an appointment AFTER my wife's appointment. That would have put it past 8pm anyway so us being slightly late had NO bearing on scheduling. Further

I went here based on great reviews... I should have gone to the owner like many here suggested, but I was in a bit of a time crunch so just booked an appointment. I've been getting my nails done for years and these are terrible. I got a gel fill and colour . The tech was inexperienced ( I get there is a learning curve but paying the same price as somebody who is amazing sucks) She leaned into cutting my cuticles so hard that 4 of my nail beds are visibly red (I am actually bleeding a bit from one). She didn't paint the sides of my nails and I'd gotten a darker color so it's clearly visible, what she did paint is uneven, and didn't clean out/ file underneath the nail. Really disappointed that I didn't notice how bad they were until I was long gone... lesson learned. The whole job was sloppy and I will not be going back.
