This location doesn't have a great selection of synthesizers in stock. If they did, I'd visit more often and would be a paying customer.I have purchased various equipment from a different location, and have been pretty happy with what I purchased.Not having a decent selection of synths is a deal breaker for me.

Easy 5 stars. Jeremy greeted me at the door as soon as I walked in, and spent the next half hour teaching me about the amp I was buying, explaining the difference between the different types of pickups on guitars, helping me choose some new strings, recommending some cool picks, and even went as far as to help me carry my stuff to the car.I’m new to playing guitar and Jeremy made me feel welcomed, comfortable and excited to be there. Thank you very much, it was a pleasure.

I wish I could give this store a five stars.Due to good online review of this store, we purchased a new Yamaha YCL-450N clarinet for a kid in early April this year. Two weeks later, the kid told me that one of the rings fell off. I took a close look at the instrument and was surprised to see picture 1, 2 & 3 (worn key/off ring/dirt). Going back to the store to ask if there was a mistake and got answer was no

It is always a great pleasure to visit the extremely knowledgeable staff at Long & McQuade. Ryan Crawford was patient and understanding. He spent a lot of time explaining the pro's and con's of a variety of synthesizers we were interested in. No pressure just friendly help. With his advice we went home with an awesome PolyBrute Synth. I love it and his help was invaluable!!
