The Kyla Fox Centre

I have been with the Kyla Fox Centre for a while now and am continuously impressed. I remember meeting with the Centre for the first time after being unable to find the support I needed anywhere else. The Centre took me in the next day and quickly came up with a recovery plan tailored to my needs. The whole team is super kind and supportive while keeping me on the best track to recovery. I would not be where I am today without them.

I agree fully with the bad reviews here. Getting appropriate help is so important, but the professionals at the Kyla Fox Centre seem inadequately trained to treat EDs (news flash, having lived experience with an ED doesn't qualify you to treat one, especially when combined with what appears to be a complete lack of self awareness). The fees are also very high given what other qualified professionals charge for private treatment, based on my experience. The Kyla Fox Centre is no longer listed on the national registry of qualified ED clinicians and centres, likely because of several complaints about their client care over time. Definitely not 'top in the field' as they claim. Red flags all around.Edited to add: The reply provided below by KF only proves my point about their poor training. Ethics 101 guys, patient confidentiality should always be protected and you shouldn't confirm or deny someone's attendance at your clinic. Obviously this isn't my real name but I cared enough about the awful treatment to take the time to post and warn others. Time 2 spend a bit more time on education and ethics than on sports bra selfies and your own promotion. ALSO, she hired someone to solicit reviews and improve the rating, which was appropriately at 2 before. Can't trust anything this place does.

The Kyla Fox Centre - what therapy dreams are made of.I was fortunate enough to discover Kyla and her team last year at a time when I needed them most. I had been struggling with food and body for over 13 years and felt I had exhausted all other resources, which simply did not meet my needs. Although discouraged at the time, not all hope was lost.The Kyla Fox Centre offered a multi-faceted, individually tailored recovery program with a team that was thoughtful and sensitive to my needs, something that my prior treatment encounters had lacked.The centre quickly became a second home to me - a soft place to land on the harder days and a warm space to celebrate my successes on the better ones. I was always greeted with open arms by a kind, compassionate and well-versed team, ready and willing to guide and support me on my journey. The best cheer squad I could have ever asked for and a recovery centre and team I felt undeserving of for some time during my treatment. Each member played an integral part of my recovery.I have already recommended the centre to a close friend and would absolutely return for any future support or guidance. Forever grateful for the love, support and friendships that I have made along the way.

I owe so much to The Kyla Fox Centre. I reached out to The Centre after reaching a point where I knew I needed help with an eating disorder but had no idea where to start. The team provided me with an all-encompassing treatment plan with an incredible amount of support. I am so thankful for the people I have met who have profoundly influenced my life.

There are no words to say how grateful our family is to Kyla and her incredible team.The moment we had our first intake meeting with our daughter, we felt supported and like we had a TEAM that genuinely understood. They assured us and asked us to trust them, and we were so happy that we did. I've been working with Kyla for almost two years as part of my treatment plan and I cannot say enough good things. She's authentic, patient, caring but also isn't afraid to be honest and straight up with me. This has allowed me to deal with tough & uncomfortable scenarios head on and come out on top through hard work, grace and humility. My daughter has been in treatment with Kyla Fox and her amazing team for over six months now. We entered the program when we were literally at a loss as to what to do, feeling like we had nowhere to turn. I have been incredibly impressed with the centre.
