Called a few different places for an oven glass repair and Daniel’s was cheaper than the others. Communication was great and he arrived on time. Everything was handled very promptly and professionally!

I reached out about a dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly, and promptly got a reply with a time slot and pricing. Daniel came to have a look at the issue, he was a great communicator, very professional and friendly. He fixed up the washer, gave me tips for the future, and it’s been working great! Highly recommend.

The washing machine at our office broke unexpectedly. I called Daniel after 5pm on a Wednesday and he was on site on Thursday. Before attending, he called to confirm and gave me a time window… which he beat by several hours and we were incredibly thankful for. Daniel knows his stuff and our washing machine now purrs like a kitten. We would definitely recommend Daniel and will call him again (though we hope nothing else breaks lol). Thank you again!

Best Repair Service hands down. I emailed about needing a part replaced in my washing machine. I gave them the part number, the machine number over first contact. They didn’t waste my time with “have to send someone out to look at it”. Daniel contacted me right away with the proper quote I asked for without the run around. I really respect that. Daniel notified that he was able to locate the part that was supposed to be a 4 week order. Was super happy about this. He showed up later that day, super friendly, super professional, and super knowledgable. If I find myself needing any other maintenance I’m going straight back to these guys!! Highly recommended!

I wish I could give less than a 1 star. A horrible experience with this “business”.We had Daniel come to look at our microwave and was told we needed a new one. He purchased a new microwave for us and installed it. 10 months later it stopped working again. We contacted him and was told we needed to contact Samsung directly, which we did as the microwave was still under warranty. Samsung told us because it was the repair business that purchased the microwave, the 1 year warranty was under them and they would have to contact Samsung. We spoke to Daniel about this, to which Daniel said he would call us back. 3 weeks go by, and we cannot get ahold of him. At this point we realized he was avoiding my husband’s number, so called him from my number. Of course he answered from a number he didn’t recognize and told us our warranty was up 2 months ago…which it is not as it is a 1 year warranty. He then hung up on my husband when my husband asked for his manager’s number to discuss the situation.We are now out of pocket for a broken microwave that is still under warranty, according to Samsung.Do not waste your time with this business! Find someone else that is honest and reputable.

Based on my description of problem, Daniel did not need to come to assess my washing machine in person and instead diagnosed the issue over the phone. Within a day, he had located the part needed for the repair. He was professional, responsive and came at the very beginning of the window he gave me for the repair. The part was not cheap, so he was able to give me a bit of a discount on labour since the install was quick. I would recommend Daniel and would use this company again.

Daniel was very friendly, fast, and professional. I will certainly call on him again if I ever need any other repairs.Edit: I did end up calling Daniel again. I had an emergency and luckily he was nearby and was able to come over within an hour to help. Other places I called had a 3-5 day waiting time! He has a loyal customer in me for life.

We were given detailed advice on how to solve our issue and recommendations for the future - if we have on going issues.Customer service was amazing!
