Peterborough Terminal

The buses always come too early. Suppose to come at 3 but it came around at 2:51. It ridiculous. I had a hard time breathing when I got on the bus and my back hurts. Every bus driver didn't even wait for me to sit down.

I parked in their parking lot to drop off my niece, who was taking the bus to Toronto. The attendant taped a notice on my window about parking in the wrong spot. There was no sign that said not to park there. I still can't get all the tape off my windshield. He was totally rude and condescending and he gave me a fake name (Peter) when I asked. He said there was nobody I could complain to because he ran that station. I found out it's the liftlock group that runs it and when I called them, they said they don't have a Peter working at the terminal. It's not the notice that bothers me, but the fact that he stupidly used packing tape to put it on my windshield. Idiots.

Worst bus drivers will drive away on you dead of winter early morning if your one second late but still at the door of bus and clearly sees you thanks for the service wow unbelievable number 6 but I guess only your job maters right. Do beter!

Very happy that my son has the safe and reliable GO bus to travel from Whitby to Peterborough. We can't expect times to be exact but grateful for our GO Bus service.

Buses regularly arrive and depart 10 minutes late which makes it hard to depend on them to get you somewhere in time. Poor security presence and enforcement makes for an uncomfortable experience waiting for buses. Other than that and the occasional rude driver, its a good service.

It's...a bus terminal. What do you want me to say? The Security Guards there are actually great people! Truly helpful and nice! (Just be nice yourself and don't break the law or the rules and we'll all get along!) Right? ☺

The routes are worse than ever, bus drivers are rude for no reason. I swear you used to be able to load your presto card or at least buy tickets inside and now you can't making the transit system even more inaccessible.

Bus number should be increased. Friendly stuffs. Mostly on time. Room for waiting. Washroom is clean.You can buy go bus ticket from the counter inside the terminal.No smoking or vaping.Cycle stand is avaible but only for 10 days. Otherwise will be donated.Huge 3 storied parking space.(Paid)Just in the heart of downtown Peterborough.Access to almost every place over the city.At last a regular bus terminal that's it.

Bus driver did not stop for me at the bus stop and then I ran to the bus terminal to catch the bus and arrived 2 seconds late and the driver refused to let me get on the bus.The worst service by far.Peterborough transit is definitely the worst.

Jeff that drives highland goes above and beyond. Always vary sweet to everyone. Goes out of his way to make sure everyone is safe from getting on off and across the street. Thank you Jeff for making a difference. I enjoy getting on the bus to work
