It is a really sad vape store. The owner was away and his mother was taking care of it, could tell that she did not know what was going on and the selection of vape pens was really poor. We went to Pentiction instead, well worth the drive

Gentleman was so rude was so busy on the phone, we waited about 5 minutes twice so he could finish with this phone callsAnd hurry us up to choose our liquid even though it was 4:30 and we did not took more than 3 minutes to choose.Not coming back.

Bought a tank from them. They rarely have the coils for the tank they sell in stock, and if they do, it always takes at least 15 minutes, or a retrip to the store for when someone that actually knows the products will be available. When you come back, there will be a good chance there will be a back in 10 on the door. I dread having to deal with this store and its issues.

I'm a beauty male and I had issues with the new cashier and the owner of 2020-22 they had a dog there and they all were using ecExcessive behaviors I didn't do anything until I promoted a review when I had spent over 300 on products there was a good one but now it's best of best to best best it and best best dearly

Was in Osoyoos for a weekend and needed some supplies. The gentleman that runs this store is awesome. Very polite, well educated, and doesn't push sales you don't need. A very positive experience and would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

today at 5:30 as usual I went to my favorite store but there was a lady with eyeglasses who tried to sell me a liquid that I normally buy for 12 or 10 dollars at 35 dollars is not the first mistake she has with me I recommend you do something or I will change the vape store thanks

The gentleman that runs this store is absolutely incredible! So knowledgeable, and kind. I have never had a better experience. We are from out of town, and was so satisfied with the service I got from this shop, I wish it was closer to me.
