Awesome selection of Jet equipment tools, car parts and chemicals. The customer service is off though. Vince can be rather brusque and some of their other staff seem to forget that there are customers in the store.

I avoid this locationI have been there twice and both times I got stuck dealing with the miserable old man behind the counter. You will know who he is by the unwelcoming scowl on his face as soon as you walk thru the door. Maybe it's time for him to retire & stop spreading bad vibes all over the store.

If you like paying 50% more than amazon buy your parts here. Lordco needs to adjust their business model. I would like the support local but even with a discount, the prices are ridiculous.Edit: i have an account, 30% discount, the list price is laughable.
