I had a flat tire in Pickering on a Friday night. I called around a few towing companies nearby and they all gave me an unreasonable quote. When I called Easy Going Towing, the price was very affordable and Marlon was very friendly and eager to help when I was in a stressful situation. My car broke down in the middle of brock rd during rush hour. We called easygoing towing and within minutes the tow truck came. There was a new member of the team and he made a minor mistake, and I thought I wasn’t going to get no compensation when I reported it. I called their office and surprising they went above and beyond and took care of all my concerns very professionally and with no hassle. Highly recommend this company! Let me start by saying, call these guys first. Car broke down on Canada Day. Called several companies, no one was available. Some were actually quite rude about it. Like I intentionally broke down on Canada day. Finally called Easy Towing. Answered immediately and they were available. I am glad everyone else was busy. Marlon claims he doesn’t usually answer the phone, but he should. Positive, polite and professional. Everything was yes,we can do it. Immediately put me at ease. The driver arrived, also very professional and polite. Called to let me know he was on his way. Took great care to make sure my car was properly hooked up. He did not rush. He made my car the only priority and was very careful to make sure that the towing had minimal impact on an already damaged/broken car. The issue was the wheel. When we arrived at the garage, construction on the road and it did not look like there was a way to drive into the parking lot. . Of course, told not a problem. The driver circled around and approached at a different angle. Again, no rushing. Just made sure my car was a priority. Thank you!

We got into a crash on the 401 earlier this week in really snowy conditions and we didn’t even have to call, Marlon stopped to help us. We were pretty shaken up and he helped keep us calm while we were waiting for police to arrive. He even offered to tow us to our town 2 hours away, but we decided on a hotel close by instead. He waited while we cleaned so much stuff out of my husbands car and gave us advice on how to handle the situation. He was very kind and patient with us and we were so thankful!
