Just left the store now, not sure if he is the owner who I delt with , got Spanish accent! A bough a ring and cross from him 10 days ago worth of $1000, and gave him a ring to fix. The pickup for the ring was last Monday which is a week after I dropped by him! I came to thursday 10 days after I a dropped the stuff and he told me the ring didn't aarice yet! I told him it was sheduled for Monday and today is Thursdayand I live in Oakville, also u guys took my phone number why didn't u call me! Guess what he saI'd, that's not a problem! Have to mention that I brought him more gold to fix, and when I told him that this is not professional and I don't think I'll be fixing the rest of my gold here nor bring my business to u! He kicked me out! The intire 10 minutes they guy didn't even apologize for the ring not being ready! How would I leave 3k worth of nicklesses and rings!!! Just called the cops to see what they can do!!! STAY AWAY FROM THOSE PEOPLE PROBABLY THE INTIRE MALL!!!

The best prices in all Toronto!!! I ordered a custom made pendant for my best friend and me and they were as I dreamed!! They also do engraving and we loved!!! I recommend them 100%!!

I have been getting my jewelry from here for years and have never had any problems. The gold is high quality and affordable. They are amazing at custom made orders. I have provided them with pictures of jewelry in the past and they have made it exactly like what was shown in the picture. Highly recommend them!!

Terrible service the owner is a Cuban named Nelson. I went to have my wedding band enlarged when I went to pay with debit it was declined on one machine, then approved on the other. As I was walking out I checked my bank balance on my phone and was double charged. I went back and showed them and asked them to credit my debit the second transaction. The employee said she couldn’t do anything that the debit machines have not been working properly for awhile and that they had similiar incident where a client walked out with a free ring. So if they aren’t working properly why wouldn’t you replace them? She ended up calling her boss the Cuban who said I have no guarantee of what you are telling me, for all I know you could be lying, but I promise, I will check tomorrow and give you refund. I said look your employee took a pic of my phone and sent it to you that shows two transactions just give me a refund, what you don’t have cash in the store, to which he replied look I told I will look into it tomorrow. Told him I will call the cops he said do whatever you want. I can tell you I will never ever go there again and you lost a very good potential client. Steps have already been taken to resolve this situation but consumers beware!

My wife took her expensive watch with sentimental value there for a battery change. They took the watch to the back room and 15 mins later brought it back with a new battery and a noticeable chip on the face of the watch.We insisted and argued, but they denied any liability. They claimed that the chip was there beforehand, which is impossible, as we had checked the watch in advance. Unfortunately, we have no proof as we had not taken a picture.Worse than the damage to the the watch was their offensive attitude. They accused us of being liars and dismissed our claim.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!I don't know if this is a husband and wife duo but I spent $230 there today, went to go get my toddler ice cream and got a call from my husband saying he found a better baby bracelet at peoples to return it and we would buy that one instead. I went back five minutes later and they say no refund. Literally five minutes later. The dude said he doesn't care if it was five minutes or last week no refund and that his store has been there for over 36 years with this policy. The store has no customers for a reason and has this rating for a reason. I would never step foot in there again. They were just rude.

I have made some custom orders from this store before and I have always been very satisfied with the high level of craftmenship, low prices and extremely good customer service from all the employees specially the owner. So when my fiancé and I spoke about getting engaged I naturally referred him to this store. I provided a photo of a beautiful style from the Internet and they did an amazing job. I couldn't be more happy with my engagement ring, it is exactly as the photo, the diamond quality is amazing! I recommend this store to anyone! Thank you to everyone there for making my vision reality and can't wait for the wedding bands!

I had a great experience at Diomond Connection. Nelson and his staff supported my wife and I on first buying and showing up multiple different options for a engagement ring and then after a year we went back and they were amazing in assisting us find amazing wedding rings! We always get complements on them and the prices were great! I would go back for all my jewelry there in the future! Great prices and services!

Rude, poor customer service you would think because of the product he offers the service would be better. You are not the only jeweler in the GTA! He has no social media presence and looking at all his other review you can tell he is not very customer service oriented, and the few that are positive make you wonder if they are not from his friends and family.
