I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tim Hortons, and I must say that it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Broken ice cap machine broken grill no biscuit they did not toast the english muffin for the breakfast sandwich. Horrible Horrible place and super long wait I was in line for 10 minutes and had to wait easily an additional 20 to get everything I ordered

This store messes up my order about 75% of the time. It’s either a missing or incorrect item almost every time. Even when you correct them and give them back the item and tell them it’s wrong, they still manage to mess it up the second time. I can’t imagine all of the wasted food they produce because they can’t get an order right.

Ownership problem. Consistently slow for the past year. What I see right now as I wait in line… 2 young guys are here. 20 minutes waiting in store… 30 minutes in the lineup. One of the guys is walking in a circle… clearly overwhelmed.

One of the worst Tim's out there. Went today for ice coffee and they asked me if it was ok if it was a bit hot!!?? Like what in the world. The slowest service. They are always short staffed. The management needs to step up here you are failing your employees.

Nothing I order is ever right barely any cream cheese on my bagel. No mustard for my sandwich. Icecap machine broken. Worst Timmy’s ever! If I could give them no stars I would.

Racist and intentionally sabotaged my food. I am afraid if I go back and make a complaint they might spit in my food. I used to work at a tim hortons. I am just shocked, I stayed polite while appreciating their service before seeing what I received. I won’t be going back and just doing home cooking for now

Sometimes after lining up for awhile you can sometimes get to the order board and they do not have what you want. On Friday, I the driver ahead of me took 10 minutes or longer to get his order.

Every time I go through take out, there’s always a long waiting time. Once at the order, they very rarely have the donuts and dessert or bread I want and/or have the wrong order. Otherwise, the server is usually polite, hence one star. This was the eighth time. I’m done.

Yet another Tim Hortons where customer services has completely gone to the $hits. There about 7 people working but still waited 8 minutes to get served, even tho only on person ahead of me. Such a shame, employees rather chat with each other rather then do any work.
