Prices and the pre-sale customer support were on point, the inventory is great but that's where the good experience ended.Delivery is months behind and there was no apparent effort to reach out to us. The post-sale service has been disappointing so far - long waiting times and then the attendant often cannot even tell you the status of the order.

We travelled from Ottawa to buy the bosch rangetop in the Electromenagers Longueuil store (invoice N 06824). We are very pleased with the purchase. It was an open box product and we got if for almost half the original price. And it comes with 1 year warranty! The employees of the store helped us to find the rangetop in the store, provided useful information about the product and packed it for transportation. This liquidation center is huge! They have everything you possibly need for a kitchen. Lots of high-end products. Next time when I need to replace my appliances this will be number one store to visit. Great prices, great service and many choices. I highly recommend this store!

0 star if I could . I bought washer and dryer from them . They send me wrong stacking kit and then i had to go to their store to pickup right one and my dryer is missing one leg so they gave wrong leg. Its been over a month they are not willing to help, every time i call them to send me right dryer leg they just don’t care i guess.SO BE CAREFUL ONCE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.They will not help you.Never gonna buy anything from them anymore.

Choose some other place, the devices may be cheaper but a big chance you’ll have some troubles with them. Bought 4 devices, 1 is down after one month. The induction stove was already opened and worked on (wiring and main controls) and they just made it look like new/never used before. They just sell. That’s the business. Goodluck…

The 5 starts go to Marie-Soleil Lesieur that provides excellent costumer service. She is an exceptional professional that goes far and betond to help the client.But 1 star to the quality of the products they are selling. I've been buying appliances here for more than 10 years and unfortunately now the quality of their products is very poor. I can't recommentd this company anymore but Marie-Soleil Lesieur It's a ray of light in the nightmare of trying to enforce the warranty on my washing machine.

After being hung up on by their terrible aftersales team who knows how to do their job" I have now become that person who writes a 1 star review. Don't be fooled. This place is terrible. The gentleman who served as originally instore was very professional and kind however the after care team has been nothing but awful. From the day our washing machine was delivered it was malfunctioning. They have sent a repair technician twice with no success to fix the issue and now say its OUR house that's the problem. All I want is a washing machine that WORKS I am not asking for anything fancy just a WORKING WASHING MACHINE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT A BROKEN MACHINE AND FLUSH YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. I am more then disappointed that a company can be so crooked. I feel robbed."

Run fast and far, I dealt with Marie and she has to be the most ignorant and hateful thing. the money you save is not worth the headache.

Should be 0 stars because they hang up in your face if you call after they sell you a defective unit and your tech spends hours to install it - they don't care about reimbursing you even though it was their fault - JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I've always purchased my appliances here but after a very very poor experience with my last purchase, an appliance that was delivered completely defective and zero support from after sales / service, I no longer recommend these guys. The service is very poor. No one ever calls me back or responds to emails and they have yet to provide a resolution or even options after nearly 2 months of one sided communication. Prices are good, but if you have problems, forget it, you will be taken for a ride.Avoid at all cost.
