I find it always an adventure walking through those doors, never know what new items that you will find on the shelves. Workers are always helpful, always find just what I need Plus more. It's a pleasant relaxing atmosphere to be in.

The one on Bath Rd. near 33 hwy I like better than most because not pushing detestable self checkouts which my husband and I absolutely refuse to use. We are not fully trained cashiers or getting paid to do it, and no discounts to use.

Accidentally bought a piggy toy that we've bought before and gave my dog a seizure. They refused to return it, stating they have a no returns policy. A basket I had to measure the space so I bought 2 kinds, went back for more of one, but they of course wouldnt return the other one. Theyre afraid of their head office is going to punish them for a $4 return. Irritating, to say the least.

Flash flood of products that may or may not work when you get home. Some items are extremely useful while others are gimmicky. Great spot for filling birthday loot bags or piñatas. If there's nobody at the cash, ring the bell!! If there is no bell, start moaning like a wounded water Buffalo and someone will come running out of the isles.

Not too bad a selection for a smaller store. We seem to be on the later side of receiving new items and products. The cashiers are always friendly.Well laid out and I find that unlike some of the larger stores, products aren't just crammed onto shelves.

Made mistake bought wrong items. Noticed before i left the store. Spoke to cashier who referred us to two supervisors. Explained but alas they Would not allow an exchange stating "all sales are final". Hmm...come on be human! Very disappointed by this decision. Will Shop elsewhere.!!C.j

Lots of staff, courteous and friendly! Well stocked. The only thing negative was their bathroom. The toilet and floor need a good cleaning!
