Fair Way Adjusters

Worst experience dealing with Fairway Adjustors. Had a hail claim. They asked for a quote from a contractor for repairs. Living rural, there are only so many available. They did not specify what my contractors needed to entail in the quote description. They denied my contractors quote and asked for a second contractors quote. They denied my second quote and decided to get a quote from a contractor, without discussing this with me, who quoted much less. This contractor did not see the site in person and did not make an appropriate quote. His quote was made on Fairway’s supplied info. Fairway was only willing to pay a portion of what this contractor quoted. They did not take into consideration the amount of product price hikes due to Covid and product supply delays. Their contractor they said to use, has not responded to me. My time is up on my contract and I will not be able to complete repairs in time due to all the nonsense, with a pathetic excuse for a payout at the cost of what the job entails.
