I ordered a 15 foot rubber roof kit and extra sealant, first off the delivery took over a month which I found out after I was billed, the glue arrived packed upside down and leaked everywhere as well as the extra sealant was not shipped. Trying to deal with customer service is a joke, they rarely reply to your message. After complaining to them it took over a week to get things resolved and I'm still waiting on what I ordered almost 2 months ago. I will not be ordering from them again and will be telling all my rving friends not to either. To be this incompetent in today's market place is embarrassing

Purchased a new couch for our RV - couch was great quality, packaged well and shipped fast. Process to order was fairly straightforward and email responses to questions were quick. Shipping a little more costly than expected. But we're already thinking of ordering again to upgrade our dinette to match the couch!

Product was delivered when promised, Installed and looks great, had a warranty issues with a dinette cushion and warranty replacement was quick and stress free.

Great people to work with. Very helpful with questions. As a RECPRO distributor, they were helpful in adding new products to their web sight when I asked, and processed my orders quickly. Shipping rates and times were pretty good as well. I purchased a powered, reclining love seat and matching dinette cushions. They look great, the dimensions were accurate, the cushions for the dinette are a bit small for my dinette but i expected that and I purchased some matching fabric and made some additional cushion pieces to take up the gap. I’m very happy with the items and the service. The new furnishings look great and work great. Thanks folks.———————This year 2022, I also purchased a 36” set of dinette benches. These were to replace the stock 42” dinette in my greyhawk class c motorhome. Photos are attached. They fit well, look great and are rather comfortable since the seat is padded and affixed with seat springs. It’s not just a box with a pad. The seat is hinged for access to storage. One side is taken up by electrical services as was the the case with the stock setup in my motorhome, while the other is available for storage. There is no mounting hardware but a simple set of “L” brackets and wood screws from a local hardware store enabled the benches to be secured to the floor. I’m very pleased with the product and the spread of delivery from canada RV.I also needed to replace the awning fabric on my class c motorhome. I ordered the 18’ slate blue fade pattern. Again canada rv delivered quickly and in good condition. I was able to install the fabric onto the “care free” manual awning frame by myself in a few hours at a fairly leisurely pace. It fit well, installed easily, looks great. I’m pretty happy so far. See attached photos. Thanks canada rv.———————-Update July 2022, window blind.Needed a new kitchen window blind to replace the noisy old mini. I ordered a set of 24x36 pleated shades. The Dimensions of this one are correct, the colour is good (capacitor), they work well, and installed easily and look great. It was hard to find something this shape elsewhere but this one fits the rv windows perfectly. We are pleased with it. Thanks folks.

We bought a recliner from Canada Rv and the process was smooth Mike help a lot at first we ordered a 58 inch recliner and different colour and a week later we got a bigger trailer and had to chance the order to a 67 inch recliner and different colour as-well and Mike the rep from Canada Rv helps us out with no questions asked.We received the product this week and the package was well put together, and this is how it looks in our trailer and we will use Canada Rv again in the future. Website is a joke, have to wait days to get a shipping quote for your order. I had to contact them to find out what was going on, took numerous times to get a response. I agreed to shipping, company took payment, but shipment never arrived. Once again had to contact company, after numerous attempts, turns out my order was never shipped. Took months to get my part, customer service is poor, I would not recommend this company.

Had a crack in a 30 Gallon plastic water tank purchased from Canada RV after only a few months use, yet, they are sending me a new one without hesitation. Very impressed with their post-sales support and priority to satisfy the customer! Will definitely buy again from them with my next purchase!

I just purchased a 110 volt stainless rv fridge from Canada Rv to replace the dometic rv fridge that failed after 5 yrs. The support on the phone was great and the delivery to my house was great. I have been using it a couple of weeks now and we love it. Thanks for all your help.
