Small dent in bumper and some trim off with plastic holders. Replaced the bumper which looked fine, but did not repair the plastic trim that was falling down. When I picked up the truck I showed the person the problem and he said he could not help me then but to bring it back tomorrow. I live an hour out of town, poor service.

I received excellent service at Insurance Direct. I called around town and many shops turn me down as I drive a specialty vehicle. The ones that would work with me required weeks before I could even get a quote. ID had me a quote the same day I stopped by and booked the repairs within a few days of the quote. They did beautiful paintwork on my car and it was returned to me cleaned inside and out.

The right side bumper of my car came off after I mount on a kerb while trying to turn out from a parking lot. Got referred here from Mazda Kingston. The guy at the desk was friendly, reassured me that his mechanics might be able to slide the bumper piece back and the car will be good as new.Just as he promised, the process only took about 10 minutes and my car is looking as new! I am impressed by the professional and friendly attitude of the staffs. I will give 6 stars if google allows me to. Thank you for your help!

Outstanding workmanship, better than factory paint finish, very professional and friendly staff. Dennis a straight up guy and has always made sure your vehicle will be repaired properly with the right parts or he won't fix it at all. He definitely puts your interests first before the insurance companies.

I don't have a lot of experience with auto collision repair shops - thankfully - but on the one occasion I did need one I found Insurance Direct to be excellent. The work was very well done and the price very fair (I didn't go through my insurance). I recommend this company.
