Pire expérience a vie un stress

Same experience as the other customers, our cabin « ran out of water » the day of the trip and got offered other ones outside Airbnb. We got our refund from airbnb and found a plan b. Only then the manager came back to me saying he might have solved the issue…too much stress for nothing especially seeing that this is a pattern

Absolute garbage.I experienced something similar to Aymun below.1 day before my trip, I was told that the cottage we had booked had no water. Their solution was to upgrade me to another cottage which I reluctantly accepted because it would mean a lot more driving for my group. We showed up to the upgrade" only to find out that we weren't getting the cottage we were promised. We were getting something much smaller.The customer service was subpar and we weren't even able to speak to the owner until much later that day because he was away.The place we got wasn't even fully built and we got blamed for damage we didn't cause.Just an overall horrible experience.DO NOT BOOK!!!!!"

‼️BEWARE horrible customer service and no running water at the chalets ‼️I booked a stay through LesChalets in early March. The stay started off rough, as the roads were uphill and icy. My family ended up having to push my car uphill in order to get to the parking lot.Once I arrived to the chalet, I noticed piles of dead insects on the floor. I swept that up and prayed the rest of the stay would go smoothly.However, by day 2 the water in the cottage completely ran out. I had barely been using the water and was extremely frustrated as I had another night booked at the cottage. I was unable to cook, flush the toilet, shower or swim.I called the emergency contact number for the cottage 25 times before receiving a reply stating that the owner was at a dinner and could not assist me. After 4 hours of waiting, 2 individuals visited the chalet to check the pipes. They said that the pipes were not damaged but began accusing me of using too much water. At this time, I had barely used any water other than for my basic needs.They were unable to resolve the issue and I was left without ANY water for another night and day. The chalet manager called and shouted at me, and told me that the issue was my own problem and that he was not going to do anything about it, and that “he didn’t care”.The customer service was terrible and I am still recovering from being yelled at by the cottage manager. This is unacceptable and I do not recommend a cottage that can not provide guests with their basic needs.
