The staff made me feel comfortable. They are all very professional. The optometrist took his time with me and made sure I was in complete understanding with what was happening with my eyes. I have been going to IRIS for many years and will continue to do so.

Using layman’s terms the Iris associate John Wilson greatly assisted in helping me understand the intricacies of current optical technology relating to progressive lenses. Highly recommend consulting with him in order to make an informed decision!

Anthony, as always, is very knowledgeable and helpful with the product and services offered. I've been a customer close to 10 years now and I always come back every yr for either an exam or purchasing a new pair. Payments there is flexible and direct bills to my insurance provider.

We had a chance to visit Iris at Guilford Mall recently. Anthony provided us with great customer service, and recommended to my wife two pairs of glasses which she was very satisfied with. He was very knowledgeable, and suggested lenses that were a big improvement over what she has now.He answered all her questions, and she was very satisfied with the purchase. I would highly recommend looking for Anthony when buying a new pair of glasses.We will be back for sure, as next time, it's my turn to get new eyeglasses!

I had two pairs of glasses that needed fixing. One pair the left lense would never stay in the frame for more than a few days. The second pair was cutting into my left ear and they didn't sit straight on my face. I had previously taken them to other optical locations to have them repaired. Some of them refused to repairs glasses they did not sell. Other fixed" them but not to well. John Wilson at Iris took a look at both pairs and was confident he could fix them permanently. He told me that he has over six years of experience and was confident he could repair both pairs. Within 15 minutes he reattached my left lense and adjust the fit for them. He straighten my other pair and worked on the arm so that it would no longer cut into my ear. After the repair I tried on both pairs. They felt really 0comfortable. The left lense was properly put in place and the other pair was no longer cutting into my ear. I was impressed by his expertise and his fantastic customer service skills. He didn't care that I didn't purchase the glasses with Iris. He completed the repairs and didn't charge me for his time. I will definately purchase my next set of glasses from John Wilson at Iris Guildford. Thanks again John. Both pairs of my glasses are comfortable to wear now which wasn't the case prior to seeing you. I hope that Iris management sees this post. They need to acknowledge you for your technical and customer service skills. Hopefully they have a monetary bonus system as you should be compensated. Regards
