Lora, Karl, the whole team including sakina, Husain and literally everyone at this brand have really gone out of their way to help me get my rental and get to work on time. I go here every week so I see the effort they make for their customers, despite having a lot going on in terms of busyness, phone calls, lack of cars at times because of so much demand. They truly do their best to help me so I would definitely recommend this branch. Reliable and caring staff, I hope this message gets to them (and their managers) because I can really say for sure they are a great hardworking team that I trust with all the experiences I’ve had here. ***Safety Alert***Wanted to give No Star but had no option!I want to alert all the future clients of this company that before picking up a rental. Ensure the following, otherwise you will be either in an accident or in an extremely helpless situation and you will be shown No mercy.1. Check the maintainence records of the rental.2. Check for any damages or dents on the rental. Take pictures of them.3. Check the condition of tires. Ask for winter tires4. If the rental is involved in an accident, save yourself from headache later on and arrange a full inspection of the rental before giving it back.This company does business on national and international level on their terms and has terrible customer service. Try to avoid them if possible which will be hard because all the insurance companies here will send you to them.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Ever since I moved here, they have been my go to people for rentals. Been renting their cars since September of last year and they always provide clean cars and a friendly service. Now I will admit that it is not always easy to get them to pick up the phone when you call; which can become an issue in case of an emergency. Other than that, love this place and would highly recommend!

If you are renting from this location be aware of horrible customer service!!! If a manager thinks that selfish and rude behaviour is acceptable – just imagine what the standard of customer service is for the remainder of the staff. Such a horrible experience – I will never go to this location again and highly suggest everyone to try going to another location like the one located close to Weston and Highway 7 – much more informative, friendly, and patient!Issues:1) First made me pay without looking at the car2) Took me out to an intermediate vehicle even though I booked and now paid for a full size vehicle3) Then he asked me to sign stuff without explaining what I was signing4) Would not add my secondary driver because they were closing5) MANAGER demanding that I move the rental so he can park a vehicle because he has to go pick up his kids from daycare6) Changed the story about secondary driver to they cant add secondary driver because of the corporate rate we used (which is false because I have used it plenty of times in the past)7) We cancelled our reservation and one of the last things the MANAGER said was “I have to go pick up my kids from daycare… do you know how much day care is?” when I had to leave work 30 mins early to come pick up my rental for the long week.I may not know his personal plans but if he’s working and on shift it’s his obligation to help me with my rental car that I booked in advance to enjoy with my family.0/10 would recommend!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a charge for damage coverage that was included in my recent rental. Moments before driving away with the rental vehicle, I was offered the protection coverage by one of your representatives and I asked if this coverage would be covered by the insurance adjuster, the answer was affirmative. I specifically asked if the protection coverage would be paid by the adjuster, and the representative said yes. Only then did I consent to it. I don't know if this misunderstanding on her part but I did not think so.When I returned the rental I was billed for that protection coverage. I felt I was dealt with unfairly because I was charged even though I was told I would not be. It was indicated to me by my adjuster that Enterprise knew that my personal car insurance policy already covered me, and still offered me. I feel misled and taken advantage of, as I would not have opted in for the protection if I had known that it would not be covered by the insurance adjuster and that my personal insurance already covered most, if not all things.I contacted Enterprise to speak with the manager hoping to get a refund, especially during a period of high inflation, I thought they would understand, but the manager refused to offer anything. As a loyal customer, I felt that I deserved to be treated with fairness and transparency, and Enterprise's lack of action has left me deeply disappointed.Businesses should be held accountable for their actions and inadequate service, and I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be aware of the importance of thoroughly researching and assuring themselves of their options before making a rental car reservation with Enterprise.

So far my experience with has be amazing. We needed a last minute rental, days before Christmas and I'm so glad we chose a name-brand company like Enterprise (and not some other random places that may have been a bit cheaper but in the past, they were been nightmare to rent from). Be smart and go with a company that has good customer service reviews.Today I spoke with Carl, he was very treasonable and he is arranging a pick up. I'm very happy with the customer service so far (I will do my best to update upon return).

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Called this morning to find out something about my current rental. Was on hold 15 minutes before giving up. Currently on hold for 21 minutes and counting. They claim that customer service is the cornerstone of their business. Sure fooled me. So annoying. Won't be using Enterprise if rental car needed in future.
