Krysta and the team at Just Breathe Birth Collective were fantastic. We were very honoured to have Krysta be apart of your birth journey and what a journey it was. Her care and supportive nature were exactly what I needed as I laboured for 2 days with my daughter. Her gentle reminders to eat, drink, breathe and try different positions were helpful to keep me focused through a very long ordeal. When our original plan went out the window of a home birth - Krysta made the trip with us to hospital. She made sure we were fully informed of all the risk and all our options and then gave us space to make the decisions as a couple. Krysta took the time to check in with my partner as we went through a marathon labour which gave me a lot of reassurance. I would highly recommend the women of Just Breathe Birth Collective and if we ever do this child birth journey again they will be one of our first calls.

I had an amazing postpartum experience with Krysta! She helped me sort through boxes and boxes of clothing to sell, clean through some forgotten parts of my kitchen and was there as an extra set of hands to help with my very irritable baby boy. Not only is she an amazing and knowledgeable doula, she has become a great friend as well! I highly recommend her services, as she is a breath of fresh air during an often difficult time for new moms. Thanks again Krysta!!

My husband and I had the honor of including these ladies at our birth. With COVID protocols being in place and not being able to have more family present for our first child's birth, we knew we wanted the expertise and support of a Doula. Krysta was the Doula present for our birth, it was like having a family member present. The education and bedside manner she provided, far surpassed our expectations. She even captured some beautiful photos before and during the birth experience. It was the best decision we made for our birth plan. Thank you is not enough!
