My husband and I just returned from our River Cruise with Emerald Waterways from Budapest to Bucharest. Kimberely Cornish made all of our travel arrangements for us and our family. Maureen was the greatest help when planning my very first vacation with my boyfriend. She was always available to answer questions and if she didn't have an answer, she made sure to get one within 24 hrs. She never made me feel like a bother and was amazing friendly.
