Deep Roots Massage Therapy

I decided to finally make use of my benefits and chose Deep roots as a recommendation from a client of mine. I had Nina as my therapist and it was an incredible experience. It had me convinced to make this a part of my self-care routine. The atmosphere was very relaxing and even the person at reception was so nice and patient as she tried direct billing sunlife on my behalf. Thank you ladies!

I had my first massage session with Stephan today and I feel so relieved. Months of pain in my back, neck and shoulders are gone after just one visit and I can't wait to come back. He is so professional, kind and welcoming. I loved the space in general, the attention to all the details. It feels clean and relaxing, thank you Stephan!2

This was my first visit to Deep Roots and Ariel was able to determine my trouble spots and gave them a very good stretch and release. I would go back to her again. I also like that they have multiple treatment rooms and therapists on staff so it is easier to get in in a timely manner.

I would like to highly recommend Payge. Initially was booked with someone else but they left. I was nervous about trying someone new as I was in a lot of pain on my hips. I have been going for deep tissue massage for many many years and the 90min massage I get was one of the best I’ve ever had. Not only that but she was attentive hearing me complain about my postpartum pain in my hips, and oh my I can never thank her enough I feel like a different person!!!I was seeing physio, athletic therapist but this treatment was more than a cherry on top. She targeted a group of muscles that was over-sighted by other professionals. Thank you Payge! You’re the best!!!! I can’t wait for my next appointment.I also love the vibe in this place. So luxurious and calming.

Today was my first visit @ Deep Roots Massage Therapy, first of many :) As soon as you walk in reception is very welcoming , it smells amazing and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. I’m a shift worker and have had many massage therapy sessions and this was the best. I’m here to stay for sure. My massage therapist was Gabby LeBlanc, I will be continueing with her for any future sessions :), she made me feel very comfortable. About 10 minutes in she asked how the pressure was if I needed more or less and no one has ever asked me that before it’s usually left up to me to say if it’s too much or not enough so a special thank to her for asking me. Overall I would recommend Deep Roots and especially Gabby !

I have been seeing Emily for almost 2 years now. She is the most beautiful human being and a very very professional massage therapist. You can feel the positive vibes through her work. Every time i go it gets better and better and better. I am definitely a lifetime client. Thank for giving me the best time and relieving my pain…

Had a 75 minute massage with Stephan and he was amazing! Told him my concerns and he delivered. I’m pretty active so I’m always looking for someone who can relieve the pressure when it comes to all the knots and tightness in my body. Definitely check him out you won’t be disappointed!

This is a great spot for a massage. The staff are welcoming and the lounge area is cozy and comfortable. The rooms are clean as well. I highly recommend Becca. I cannot say enough how kind and amazing she is. She seriously gives the best massages!

I came tonight for my first massage at deep roots with Ronald. I love the atmosphere and vibe of the place—you will feel instantly relaxed when you walk in! Ronald did an amazing job with my massage. Very happy with the experience and looking forward to coming back again!
