Hope for Families Counselling Centre

My therapist from here was essentially a really well paid yes man. When I ended my sessions with them because of them literally being a yes man they said they believed the patient knows best, which in my opinion is just a really dangerous approach to just agree that your patient is right in their beliefs especially for someone that says they specialize in depression where people routinely are not thinking properly. Also when I told them I wanted to hear more of their opinion because it felt like they weren’t offering me any new information they agreed to and then did not change their strategy at all. I recommend not using this company
