Thanks to Dave for the very comprehensive tasting. We loved the ability to wander around and try various oils and vinegars, mixing and matching is encouraged. In fact, they have mixing and matching sets named after locals who have invented their own secret blends. The tasting cups are compostable which is a great touch. I have to admit that I’d never expected to have so much fun at at high quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar store, but I did! Thanks again Dave and Georgina. For those looking to order online, there is a very robust website…order up!

One of my new favorite place and definitely great find in this small island. Discovered it by chance while I was in the area. Walked in there and I was overwhelmed by the amount of olive oil and balsamic vinegar…The gentleman that worked there (am sure he is the owner) went through in details everything that’s in the store. He also suggested some pairings that he discovered or made. Very knowledgeable and great staff! Walked out with a few bottles and it was an awesome experience.

My husband and I love to cooke and we are always looking for different infused olive oils to use in dishes or as a finishing olive oil so naturally we had to stop at this place. You can tast all the olive oils before you buy which was nice, and they also offer a variety of balsamics & white balsamics also. We were pleasantly surprised and ended up with a few nice olive oils and a balsamic. They also do online ordering and offer very small sample sizes that are perfect for gifts. I think I found my new favorite olive oil place!

Everything here is so delicious! Such a wonderful little taste of the Mediterranean, and quite reasonably priced too. This will definitely be a regular stop every time we come to the Sunshine Coast. Can't wait to go back to our inn and enjoy our charcuterie with our delightful selection of olive oils and vinegars. ♥️

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful place. The staff, especially Astrid, were so nice and charming. Very inviting vibe and the oils/vinegars sold here are second to none. The prices are so fair, and what you get is nothing but pure quality. This is now a staple in our annual visit to Gibsons, BC. 11/10 for you Sunshine Coast Oil Co. Bravo!

We love this little shoppe! We bought truffle infused oils for gifts after some helpful suggestions from the staff and bought a truffle aioli for us - spectacular!! We used the aioli on some pasta - amazing! The service is spot on and the products are great. I highly recommend this local gem! We’ll done!!

The first time We went into this wonderful store. The ambiance was very welcoming by the displays of different kinds of olive oils to choose from all of the staff are very friendly and explaining all of the products they are offering. I am happy that We came for a visit and I bought one for my mom as a gift and hope she loves it and definitely will coming back when I go back to Sechelt. Must visit this store when you pass by its worth the visit!
