Adam followed the entire process towards planning of inspection very nicely with an informative heads up and responding well to our queries. While doing inspection he kept us informed of the findings for us to look up physically and get clarification and possible corrective steps.Report was provided in very good time much ahead of contracted timeline and looked methodically compiled.We are very happy that we engaged Castletech for the pre-purchase inspection as our experience was very good.

Adam was wonderful! He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and he was also very thorough with his inspection. He left me feeling very comfortable with my home purchase and he also provides a super detailed report on his findings.
