TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Pretty poor experience here. There isn't a info desk so I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to speak to someone. Then all I tried to do was close some accounts, and after messing around for 10 minutes, the girl finally told me I had to call to close all 3 of my accounts. I couldn't close a single one at the location or get any of my funds. Would update to 3 star if you add an info desk or an easier way to find out simple questions and not wait around forever.

When I was at the branch, a Financial Advisor (I know the name but don’t want to disclose publicly) approached me and told me that he will get me better mortgage rate than what I have at Scotia Bank. He told me that he will get back to me within 24 hours once I sent his all paperwork. I sent him all paperwork. No response for 6 days. Upon follow up he would not pick up the phone and wouldn’t respond emails. I spoke to another branch Rep, he said the Advisor is in the office and will call me back. No call. Next day spoke to another Rep and he promised me that someone will get back to me by end of the day. No response. Such an unprofessional people at this branch. No work ethics and professionalism.

The banker who helped me, Jaspreet Jandu, was very professional. Provided me with suggestions and gave me good advice. Very helpful from start to finish. Was able to answer my questions and concerns. Overall, a good bankig experience. If you got Jaspreet, you get good service! This is proper service. Thanks TD Bramalea Centre

I recently visited the TD Bank branch located at Bramalea Ctr-25 Peel Centre Dr in Brampton, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. The staff members were unhelpful, disorganized, and seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers.The branch itself was cluttered and dirty, with outdated decor and a general feeling of disrepair. The tellers seemed to be struggling with basic transactions, and I waited in line for an extended period of time due to their slow service.Furthermore, I found the range of services offered by TD Bank to be lacking, with limited online and mobile banking options that were not user-friendly. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this TD Bank location and would not recommend it to others. I hope that the management team takes steps to improve the service and facilities at this branch in the future.

Waste of time. Met two advisors. Tried calling and leaving a message afterwards for a follow up and neither replied. Called the branch to see if they could help me get a hold of one of them. Both times I called they said id get a call back but never did. Just a waste of time to go here.

I’m very impressed with the assistance provided by customer service. I was looking get a new credit card, had many questions and Sammy was able to address & answer all of them with ease & patience to ensure I understood completely in order to make the best decisions. Beautiful and huge branch . 10 plus counters and only 2 open thou . Had to wait on busy lunch time hours .

First visit at this branch, very big, spacious and felt welcoming. They have a little lounge ar the front, service was great and manager helped out. The line seemed really long after I have completed my transaction, this was on a Saturday so it's pretty busy. The line up rails should have gaps when lines are short otherwise we are required to walk to the end of the isle to line up. Also upon entering was confusing for everyone that walked in as there is a door on your left, middle and right... as a first time customer to this branch, 4 other customer didn't know where to go as well.

The Branch @ 60 Peel centre, teller Diljot, we had worst experience dealing with her not only she took time or asked her superior to resolve the issue, instead when we were frustrated and asked her to close our account. She was extremely prompt and asked us with full smile that what accounts we are ready to cancel and how we need our money sitting in TD.I just wanted to mention here that since when these organizations stopped recognizing customer complains and thankless.

Terrible mistake by TD to close down the Business Branch by Orenda. This is the worst run TD branch I have been too. My business has been with TD for 8 years and since they opened this location all my cheques get put on hold, its so bad I've had them put a certified bank draft on hold.Today I went in to deposit a cheque, the teller asked me if I would like him to certify it for free, I waited 5 mins and even after they spoke with the cheque issuer they came back to me and said they cant certify it because the issuer has never signed a cheque before. WHAT? didn't you just call them and confirm the information via the number you had on your own file? While I'm discussing very politely with the teller, the manager CLAUDIA comes and says We dont need to tell you anything". Really that's the level of customer service you want to provide. We are closing our business account and moving over to RBC.This specific location is so poorly designed
