Excellent staff & excellent service :) Lindsey F. helped guide me and my partner to pick out the most beautiful engagement ring! She was knowledgeable and answered any of the questions we had. She made the whole experience delightful! <3

Once I am able to pick up my purchase, it will be the last time I deal with this company. When I initially ordered the Item, I made it very clear that I would need to have someone pick up the Item for me. I explained that I was purchasing the item for a friend, so his wife would not see the transaction for the item until after their Anniversary when he would pay me back. They took down the information of the person who would pick it up, and let me know that everything was fine. Immediately after the payment went through, they phoned my friend ( Almost blowing the entire surprise for his wife) and told him that they do not allow 3rd party pick ups. And a few hours after they bothered him, they decided to phone me and give me that information as well. My work schedule does not coincide with the stores hours, thus the reason for someone else to pick it up for me. Now, after exhausting all avenues, including Fed Ex delivery, which I also cannot do, because of my work schedule, I am forced to take time off to go and pick up the item. This would not be an issue, if at the start, they would have told me no 3rd party pickups. Terrible customer service, out right deceitful on the sales end. Oh and I forgot to mention, between my initial call to purchase the item, and the payment going through, ( A matter of Hours ) the price jumped $150.00, with no phone call or information as too why. I just received the bill with the price increase.

I am from Ottawa & we do have Tiffany store here in Rideau Mall. I even pre-ordered my earrings in my local store. Meanwhile visited my family in Vancouver & decided to check out this store. To my surprise they had big collection of jewellery compared to Ottawa.The customer service was so good. Considering my likes & budget weren’t too pushy at all. Staffs were knowledgable & shared how to save on future purchases which I never knew before.Happy that I gave up on my pre-order & purchased from this store. Amazing experience on my push present.

The service here throughout the years has always been consistent.Acknowledgement, attention to detail and relentless assistance to guests of T&C has never been compromised. As a customer of Tiffany's for many years, I've always been happy, felt appreciated and have yet to find another place which matches its quality and relentlessly stunning designs.Yesterday, I went in to have a couple of my rings resized and the gentleman that took care of us was so professional, friendly and an absolute expert that it felt like they had upped their game even more....from a level of service that was already wonderful.Having been in the US for a few years and coming back to our Tiffany's we were taken care of by Luc Stofati at the Burrard location, and it was such a pleasure, as he embodied everything Tiffany's stands for.....Quality, Care and Class.Oh...that 1837 Blue....how you still shine so brilliantly.

If you are looking for an engagement ring, you must see Monica! She has helped me out tremendously over the past year looking for the perfect ring (we had very specific carat, colour, etc. requirements and on a tight timeline). We ended up finding it in another country, and she guided me through the process every step of the way getting it to Vancouver. Excellent experience, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a ring.

Tiffany & Co. is one of my favourite stores in Vancouver because they've got a great meet and greet approach when you get there.I have bought a few of necklaces as gifts (and to treat myself) and I always leave happy with the way sales associates are attentive and made me comfortable during my time there.I'm pretty much a shopper who knows what they want and they've always accommodate around it.

Incredible. Everyone. I had almost never even seen an engagement ring in person before walking in, and basically poked my head in out of curiosity (I was admittedly intimidated).I was impressed at how unpretentious the staff were. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I originally never even considered buying a ring from Tiffany for my proposal...but after having visited several other jewellers and jewelry stores there was just no comparison.I found most jewellers either did not take me very seriously, tried to convince me to compromise (I.e - assuming I wanted bigger bang for buck" rather than quality

Purchased my wife’s engagement ring 11 years ago received excellent service then. Recently we dropped off the ring at the Burrard St store for a repair (same store we purchased it from) Monica processed the repair order and was lovely to deal with. I followed up with them to coordinate them mailing it back to me as I live on the Island and everything was done correctly and as promised. The employees at the Burrard St location are all wonderful to deal with, I highly recommend them and Tiffany & Co as a company. I felt valued as a client and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Great place to shop if you're looking for jewellery for her, but remember this is Tiffany's so prepare to pay a higher price for their branded products
