Found what I needed and the Store honored the cheaper price I found. Excellent service

The staff here have treated my parents well for years. I brought my Dad's car in to get the wheels re-torqued and they cheerfully and quickly took care of it without questioning why he wasn't bringing it in himself.I always appreciate a mechanic who doesn't treat a woman differently than a man and my Mom was always treated with respect.

Bought a lawn tractor that cost over $4000 to be told after the transaction has been made that the manual is missing plus we had to do the run-around going from one staff member to another just to buy the thing. It was as if they were all new to the process and didn't know what to do. We ended up wasting over an hour waiting for the staff to actually get the lawn tractor unchained from the others and the battery set-up...We then paid around $200 to have it delivered to our home about an hour away and it arrived with a dead battery and wouldn't start. I now have to drive their and back which is another 2 hours just to get them to swap out their wrongfully given dead battery.Considering that we paid for more than a used vehicle, we were not very impressed and probably won't go to Canadian Tire again for any machinery that costs thousands of dollars unless there's some compensation because that was a very very poor experience.

Would give it 0 stars if it would let me... Automotive dept is terrible.. Vehicle broke down on a Sunday going through town. The kid working parts was nice but couldn't help me. He told me he didn't do booking appointments but to call first thing in the morning. He showed me that they were busy but not booked fully. The next morning I waited at the doors for it to open and was the first at the service desk. The man who stood at the computer had his phone sitting out on the desk and it was ringing on speaker phone as he asked me what I needed. I explained my emergency situation and was told after asking if my vehicle was a white ford said Nope

Canadian Tire is always good, sometimes it hard to find a staff member but it's a busy place so kind of to be expected.

Husband went in this AM to get new tires. Service guys were exceptional! Changed tires in less than an hour and kept us on schedule to get home to the Yukon.

Not a great experience. More interested in getting your money than making it a fun deal!!

Looking for patio furniture and outdoor recreation items and Canadian Tire had a great assortment!
