The woman there was nice and she did a good job fixing my scrubs.

I only went to this tailor as my best friend (the bride) gave all the bridesmaid material to her. I also had given my lehenga blouse which needed to be tightened. I thought it would be easier to do this so I could pick everything up together. I went there a few times to ensure all the outfits were coming along and the blouse was just not fitting right. She had also not completed the bridesmaid suits on time and I had to pick my outfit up just before the event. My lehenga blouse did not fit and she did not do what she had said. I messaged her to inform her because she clearly stated “everything is good and it’ll fit now”. She didn’t care to respond to me because she had already taken the money. I had to pay another tailor, half an hour before the event to fix my outfit. 6 months later and I still have not heard back from her.I felt like she had also overcharged me for the alterations. I usually pay much less. I’m not sure if she decided to take advantage of me as she thought I was young and would not say anything. Please be aware.

Shabana Auntie has lots of unstitched suits to pick from and has great ideas for how to design new styles. She is also a great tailor - I am a curvy woman and she my clothes always fit well and are flattering to my silhouette. She’s also a total sweetheart.

Bad customer service, called them a day prior if they could stitch a blouse on a certain day they confirmed and when i went to give the material they said they couldn’t, Highly unprofessional. Nice people but poor service.

Loved the service and Auntie Shabana is so sweet and her work is great. I got my alteration done in one day. I’ll definitely come to her whenever I need alteration done.
