Great walking park/garden. Visited twice in the past month. Seasonal flowers can be quite lovely

A pretty nice, peaceful, clean and well managed place to spend a summer afternoon.

A small Parkette type place, typical of city of Oshawa.Horizon won't be fully devoid of city hustle and bustle, with road, cars and residential buildings peeping through tree tops and in background, which sometimes could be a negative for those who want to turn off from city scape.Flower beds are beautiful with some amazingly colorful blooms in May onwards.The creek runs through the park giving it a beautiful break in between grassy patches. Bridge over creek is a nice picturesque point.Park also has a canopy in far corner which could be used for photography.Not a huge park, but surely good enough for a refreshing run complementing your exercise regime on a weekend with flowers strewn across.It also has couple of slides for kids so they won't feel left out.Parking is FREE. In short, a small park which offers more than its humble area is capable of.

Very nice for a evening walk. Lots of trees. This is a botanical garden with variety for flowers and trees. Very good place for a quick photoshoot. Parking is free .

One of my favorite spots. Beautiful gardens, water features and walking trails.

The Oshawa botanical gardens is a peaceful and relaxing spot for nature lovers. They have 2 huge play structures on the other side of the stream which is well maintained. We went just before the Peony festival and were excited to see all the peonies in its glory.

Lovely place to stroll around. They are great spots with benches to stay and chill. Kids will love to play, skate etc in the area. There's a small play area too.

It was a great place to view various floral displays and the vendors there were helpful.

A cute little park with numerous gardens, statues and a mini water fountain. Park is clean and maintained, I was so happy it see no litter. There is a peony garden but those are well last their bloom. Some annuals and other flowers such as echinacea. I don't think I would drive out of my way to see this but we happened to be in the area so figured we might as well. Actually stoped and had our lunch at a picnic bench. You don't need too much time to see this whole place.

Very nice place for relaxation, walking, lying on the grass by the small stream. Beautiful flowers. Ample space for kids to play. Nice and friendly people.
