I would just like to say thank you to the photo department you are all so kind I wanted to make this comment after being there for the last few times. I had the nicest lady I believe on last Sunday so the 4th, help me out I believe her name was Madison. There was this really rude man ahead of me talking down to her and she really handled it like a pro and with a smile even (I almost jumped in and told him to back off he was so rude) and when he left she still helped me with a smile even when I would have started crying. People have been super rude because it’s Christmas time and they didn’t time placing their order properly. I know all of them are rushing to make your orders perfect so please be kind to them, if your photos take longer than a hour to print then don’t yell at them, you can see they are trying their hardest and it’s amazing.Thank you photo department for everything! I hope you all hear this more often in the next coming weeks you are all doing amazing! I would also like to shout out Sebastian and Andrew I believe their names were. They were so kind to me and helped me so much, they were smiling the whole time and really helped me understand the kiosks. There’s also Brian and Teri who I’ve seen a lot at the counter, they are both super kind and very helpful. my mother cant pick up her own photos so I have to pick them up and her photos were perfect thanks to all of you in the lab and on the floor I know you are super busy and I appreciate everything you all do! I’m sorry people may be rude this time of year but just know that lots of us customers absolutely appreciate everything you do. What a great selection of imported items and rare finds! Also, I have always been impressed with their great warranty. Inexpensive and easy to deal with!

Kennedy, staff, and management are courteous, approachable, and knowlegeable. As an amateur photographer I count on London Drugs Photo Service. I am always greeted with a smile and feel welcomed. I appreciate the tech department if I need a quick thumb-drive to give clients their photos on. Thank you.

I have been with London drugs for years. I find that the staff is helpful polite and very very friendly. Both at the drugstore part and every where else in the store . Thank you for everything you all do

London Drugs has always been a good place to go . They sell variety of goods , high could satisfy anyone .They have good sales , really nice cosmetics and fragrance area and photo department.I like going there at times .Everyone should be able to have a good experience.

Ok London Drugs, you really blew it this morning. I came in withtwo empty Soda stream bottles and turned them into customer service, (as I always do) to a nice girl who told me to make sure I let the cashier know" So I did my shopping and picked up two replacement bottles and proceeded to the cash. A young women wearing reindeer ears immediately questioned me about the returned bottles and would not believe me when I told her I had turned them in at customer service. I can understand you have had some trouble with thievery but to immediately assume I was a liarwas beyond humiliating! I am a very good customer and at 74 have never been treated so rudely by a young women barely out of high school.And you

I recently had photos developed for my grandpas funeral and Christmas cards. When I asked if the photos for the funeral could be rushed as I needed them within 48 hours, the gentleman that helped me was amazing! Very kind, compassionate and was able to get the job done!I then went back the following week to pick up my Christmas cards and the woman that helped me was incredibly rude and intimidating. She was having a hard time finding the order and as I was trying to find the order number and receipt on my phone, she very angrily said, “well if the name isn’t working and we don’t have the order number, what am I supposed to do?!” I’m not sure if this was directed at me or her coworker but regardless it was very uncalled for, and I was actively trying to pull up the receipt.After this I walked away as I was almost in tears. Once I had the receipt, I returned back and another gentleman very easily and quickly found my photos.I wasn’t planning to share this story as I understand we all have hard days, but then my sister had an encounter with the same woman. She felt disrespected and incompetent, as did I.I didn’t get the woman’s name but she had (what I believe) was a Russian accent.

Excellent service:I bought sony a7Mark4 and a Godox flash from this store. Both of these products are great. I also appreciate Jason and Dorian, the staff in the tech department. Because these two people helped me to make this purchase possible. Both of them spent their time clearing my doubts. So I thank both of them. I hope that their presence will bring more benefits to London Drugs.

Used to be a mice store, with knowledgeable staff. Not any more, the cashiers could provide better customer service and the Photo center employees were rude and very childish, laughing and talking about customers, thinking nobody could tell under their masks. The three members working at the photo booth were rude and constantly laughing, whilst I was trying to get help. Kai and Georgia were the worst behaved, laughing and then staring, really acting like children. I hope they grow up and get the training they need.... these customers are what keep them in a job.
