I opted for a shellac manicure and pedicure, and the technician did an amazing job. She was very skilled and paid attention to every detail, making sure that my nails looked perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality nail salon experience.

My sisters and I went here last week, except I didn’t get mine done. I decided to come today because they loved it. I had acrylics from prom that got put on two weeks ago at a different salon. They took then off with no issue and did an amazing job of putting Shellac on. 100% recommend.

I couldn't remember how many times I got amazing nails at the salon.My friend and I had an appointment to get our nails done today, and we had received a call to carefully confirm our appointment yesterday. When we just opened the door, the owner friendly greeted us and showed us a bunch of colors, then they quickly started to do for us. As a result, the nail tech never disappointed us.Highly recommend!

So gentle with my hands and feet!!! Kept asking questions and reassuring me the entire time, and they even gave me a little gift (cuticle oil) at the end of the session :). loved the experience and I would DEFINITELY come back!!! Best salon I’ve been to hands down ❤️

I usually have a good experience with this nail salon and even recommended them to multiple people. But my most recent experience was not the same. The girl who did my nails cut me twice, one time I didn't stop bleeding for a while. She was handling my nails very roughly the whole time and it hurt a lot. She said yes to a nail design at first but then said she can't do it after more than half the appointment was over. Just not great experience all around that day. The next day, my nails felt so beaten up and sore. I'm not sure if I want to go back anymore given the experience I had.

They are ok!!! I had my pedicure done and I liked, they are very busy but on time, they are fast!!!

I've been going to Nail Boutique since about 2018 and finally felt I had to write a review. I have always had high standards for my nails, and Nail Boutique is a nail salon which I go to exclusively now, and I don't even go to a regular hair salon!They are very well organized and you can always count on the fact that booking the appointment on the phone will be pleasant and clear, when you arrive they will be on time and not overbooked, and they take 45min to do a bio gel/acrylic fill while other places can take 2h+ doing the same thing. Bio gels last about 2 weeks and acrylics seem to last indefinitely until you want your nails shorter. The work is so durable. The salon is so clean and you feel confident about your health and safety. The end result is always perfect, even picky people like myself will never find any imperfections. Any nail art you show to them, they can replicate.The nail techs level of interaction with you and creating a relaxing experience for you is perfect as well. If you are with a friend, or are coming in not that talkative, they don't make much small talk with you but you can always tell that they are friendly. But if you show an interest in building a relationship with a nail tech as a regular, they are fun to talk to and will remember things about your life and nail preferences.Lastly, this salon has played a big role in something personal for me. Last year I had an extremely severe skin condition. I kept going to the nail salon for many different reasons. When I explained this to my tech she was very understanding and has always made me feel comfortable, and I've never been treated differently than other customers because of my looks. I've also talked about various topics with my tech and they are very non-judgemental overall. I believe anyone can feel safe here.I used to live in North London, now I live in a small town outside of London, so I've never really been close to the salon. I was introduced to the salon by a friend who lived closer and it's always been very worth the drive.

We had a very nice time here - they were very friendly and kind. The last nail experience me and my sisters had wasn’t great at a different salon so we were reluctant to go again, but this made up for it. Very professional and clean, the music and decor is very nice and relaxing. My manicurist was so friendly and very efficient and thorough. We will come back!

I have returned three times and always leave very happy! Special points for being so gentle and working around my thumb injury. Thanks for the wonderful service ladies ❣️
