Horribly trained staff that fail to listen or acknowledge someone's experience and offer no relevant support for any complex intersectional issues but only cookie cutter solutions that don't address the core issues. A perfect example of our underfunded and inadequate mental health system that becomes another obstacle for people needing help.

Very professional and friendly staff. Sometimes, I need accommodations and the reciptionists are so understanding and nice. I come here every few weeks and I always have a positive experience.

Called and wouldn't let me talk. Kept giving me advice when all I wanted to do was talk about what was going on in my life. Kept advising things that I said made me feel worse. Left the call feeling worse.

It's impossible to get through on the phone lines. It's always busy. Very frustrating. Medication advice is not available, was told I need to ask my family doctor even though they were not the prescribing doctor. Very disappointed since this is supposed to be a facility to help people.

Less than helpful for people with mental health issues. No accommodations for suicidal or depressed people. Worse than Guelph General Hospital or Homewood or CAMH.Made me want to cut myself to death.

Since Coming here back in april. I've been diagnosed depression, anxiety and personality disorder. Super helpful for resources and many groups like, Mindfulness, Anger, Addictions, anxiety, etc. Staff are amazing and kind aswell

Increadable and companionate service. They fill a great need in our area but much too under funded for the needed services. Too many people in need falling through the cracks.
