Dr Saunders is a great doctor who takes the time to ensure you understand your condition and implications. But his receptionist is just consistently an awful woman who will never let you finish a sentence and is rude beyond comprehension.

Dr. D. Matheson is wonderfu! He took time to listen and then explained the details to me clearly. He then suggested a referral to another specialist who would continue investigating my problem. He is a Great doctor! He takes his time and wants to solve the problem at hand.

He took the time to actually recognize a problem existed and take care of it while other doctors ignored a painful infection. Highly recommended!

The receptionist working there is terrible. Impatient and rude. She couldn't wait for patient to finish the question; refuse to check what the previous appointment time was never mind it was her clinic changed appointment time unilaterally and refuse to escalate the issue to manager or to others. Terrible I don't care" attitude. She should be fired."
