Hello, I came in thinking that I needed to replace my whole phone, or thinking I would be charged an insane amount. Bill was very helpful, and assisted me very quickly. He said that most likely my phone wasn’t charging because the charging port was dirty, he promised to clean it within a timely manner. I appreciate his customer service. I thought I was being annoying with my questions and concerns, but he was very patient and accommodating. Thanks Bill!
