I have only been able to get to this TH once in the past 2 decades but it was 1 of the best TH's I have ever visited without a doubt

The location pulls a lot of stops to exude a stronger hockey theme than any of the other Lethbridge locations. The employees were really kind. Thought the loonie embedded in the floor was a little charming. There's also a patio on the outside. It's a pretty quaint location.

Ordered large ice capp and it looked like it's not a standard built...Edit: a supervisor called me and told us we can have a new one!

We ordered biscuit sausage sandwich today and it was burnt and bread was looking sad. Seriously quit worrying about being speed your customer service has deteriorated and food quality has gone down. Your always talking on intercom that we can not order then we get too window and order is never right I always get a xl coffee and I get to window too a large. And never do they ask if I want it fixed they just say I charged you for a large? Like that changes what I wanted. Serious where is the quality in food and service gone??

Waited for almost half an hour for our food which was incredibly sloppily/ poorly made and The lettuce in the wrap was brown.. I have never understood anyone who would serve something to someone that they would not eat themselves. The kicker was it was not busy and neither was the drive thru. Really really poor customer service. I regretted stopping there immediately.

Usually the service and food pretty good but sometimes they make the farmers wraps with no care in such a hurry they have forgotten something in wrap (Chipotle sauce, and hashbrown) in last 2 vists and you don't notice till you get to work to take a bite. Coffee too...I drink black with espresso shot. But sometimes I swear they don't put shot in my coffee and charge me for it.

At 9:00pm they had 3 donuts. The drive thru is open 24 hours, but they have no donuts?? What the heck??? You're a donut place??? Tried the link you gave me to discuss further. Link just took me to the website. Waste of time.

Tims coffee is my favourite. Some gluten free items would be nice. Staff are always friendly and the washrooms are clean. We love the Tim stores that have 3 washrooms, less waiting! Maybe the 3 washroom plan could be modified so that they are generic instead of he she and family. Thanks!

Clean, friendly staff and quick service inside. One thing I don't understand is that Tim Hortons has switched to paper straws, which I agree with BUT the iced coffees are served in plastic cups.... why not in a paper cup?
