Beautiful area. Villa 18 is nice, clean and lots of room. Couches aren't real comfy. Table is great for big groups.But foresee bringing some of your own pots and pans and cooking utensils if you're planning on cooking your own meals

Overall a great place to stay. Major points for the impeccably clean pool and hot tub, as well as comfortable beds. Plenty of towels provided. Great location with parking.Lacks a little charm and humanness - signage in the room always makes me think of an angry megacorp instead of a little family business.A few things lacking would add a lot: hair dryer, board games (borrowable from reception?) and first night's coffee.

Nice place. Many earwigs in our chalet though. Beds were very comfortable. People are very kind and helpful. We chose this place because of the pool but because of covid of course we need to reserve to go therefore limiting access. The problem is that they changed the pool schedule which was from 8:30am to 9:00pm to 10h00am-8:00pm further reducing access.There's no service on site after 8pm so if there are parties outside you'll need to wait the morning after to fix the situation. It's a beautiful spot for biking but we didn't realize when we booked. It's a few minutes drive from beautiful Canyon Ste-Anne.

Minutes from Beaupré and Mt Sainte Anne. Not modernized, BYO pans , kitchen is cheaply equiped, beds are clean and ok comfortable. Int. Pool and hotub are clean but needs booking. Close to the road 138 so a bit noisy. All in all , affordable and convenient.

Location is good, had an earwig problem in the basement, killed about 20-30 of them but upstairs was ok. No A/C in July and August. Location is good, lots of stuff to do and places to eat within 5 min drive. Accomodations are okay, true 3 star. Beds sheets are old, as is the furniture, not necessarily in a good/cozy sort of way. Bathroom was clean enough though the sink in there was pretty blocked, and water would accumulate very easily and fill the sink quickly. Not a place you'll get really comfortable at.

Beautiful spot with amazing chalets. Close to the mountain and just a short drive to town for groceries and such.Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable.Our chalet was modern, huge and had an incredible view of Mont St. Anne. Bbq on the back deck was a nice touch.Pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was on the fritz but the kids had a blast.We would definite stay again.

Myself and three friends stayed for several nights in Chalets Montmorency, and we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. The rooms were very clean and well provisioned with everything we needed to cook our meals. We also received a free room upgrade when we arrived, as I think the resort wasn't overly busy when we were there. Having the wood burning fireplace in our room was a nice touch, and the beds were quite comfortable. On the last day I forgot my gloves in the room after checkout and the staff were able to find and return them to me at the end of my ski day which was very much appreciated! The pool and hot tub were both well maintained, and pleasant. My only suggestion would be if the rooms had a power bar by the bed so guests wouldn't have to unplug the lamp to charge their phones/electronics at night. I didn't use the WIFI much so I can't really speak to it's quality.

Very accommodating staff. Indoor pool is in a separate building on premises. It has one bathroom and 2 changing stalls. Pool water is very cold but clean. Jacuzzi is indoors but has a view of ski slopes. Our unit #200 is a little outdated but everything worked and seemed clean enough. The living room was small and the entrance was crowded. The downstairs was very spacious. The location was perfect for skiing with two roads leading to the slopes with a minute drive. They have a wood fireplace but no wood. Bring your own I think. We did not try it out.

Equivalent of a 2.5 star hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep and prepare a quick meal. Pool was nice but hot tub is small and had so much chlorine that it burned eyes and lungs. Internet was down for 2 of 3 days.

Loved it here. Such a nice place to relax and decompress after a long day of hiking. Great pool and campfire as well. My only issue is that there was no air conditioning in the units. This should not deter you from staying here though. As it is close to everything and it was an enjoyable stay.
