After a few months of confusing emails back and forth. Base price on a boundary survey was more than double the national average at $3800. Sidock refused to reconsider the scope of the work that I originally asked for and stuck to their quote. Maybe you can call Great Lakes Land Surveying, on Google maps, and cut out the middle man Sidock.SHOP AROUND I found a competitor (closer to home) with a base price of $1800... MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE. Which is significantly more in-line with what the rest of the USA is charging for a boundary survey.
