I usually shop in Trenton, but decided to make the drive to Brighton to try this store. I wasn’t aware that I needed a quarter to get a grocery cart. I didn’t think it would be problem to change a toonie to quarters in order to get a cart. I waited in line with my baby in one arm, bags and bins in another. When it was my turn, I got scolded for not telling the cashier before she shut the cash register. I was so turned off by this employee and her rudeness that I will not be returning.

Beware ! , the fresh meat section has gone downhill under the new owners. if the expiry date is within a couple days you can be sure when you get it home it will be rancid. this has happened several times with a no return policy so no more, will buy it elsewhere, also have purchased rotten potatoes and squash.

This location is great if you live near it but they have maybe half the selection that Belleville Freshco has. They quite often don't have the sale items I'm looking for, usually sold out or not in stock.

Visited this location while camping at Presqu'ile Provincial Park. Store was very clean, open, and has many extra items that other No Frills stores don't (general merchandise, large health and beauty area, etc.). Shelves were well stocked, sale prices were great.

I shop at this store regularly and most of the time I can find what I'm looking for. The staff are great and store is clean. my biggest complaint are sale items. A few days ago I picked up a box of mangoes that were on sale for $6.99, but at the checkout, I noticed I was charged $14.99, so I told the cashier that was wrong and she did a correction. A week ago, I bought them, and I realize now that I was likely charged $14.99 and I missed it. Very annoying and wrong. This has happened many times. Check your bill before leaving the store.

I visit this location from time to time. And week after week, many of the shelves remain unstocked. I understand that if there is no demand for a certain product they may not restock it. But, this is no frills... anything they advertise need to be stocked.The staff are great. Really nice and well mannered.Store is very clean and cashiers are efficient

Since the new ownership I have bought several types of meat that has a long best before date and when I cook it the next day it smells horrible and is slimy. They won't refund so expensive meat is garbage. Repackaging or bad refrigeration? Don't buy their meat

Very disappointed with the new ownership. They hide the grocery bags at self checkout so no one steals them. How much is a bag? 5 cents? Makes everyone feel like they are a crook.. Haven’t used self-checkout since. Bathroom was filthy last time I used it…Tried to return a rotten cantaloupe…was told they don’t refund produce. Asked to speak to a manager and was refused.Was much better with Mike and Lori.

This is by far the best shopping experience of my lifetime. Brighton is such a beautiful, amazing, friendly little place and the No Frills has really good prices. Optimum points and prices are a deal too. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have not once in almost a year of shopping there atleast 2-3 times a week had a bad experience. Even the customers are a pleasure to be around. I actually smile while doing my shopping there as apposed to other places where people are racing around crazy and miserable. Such a pleasure. Thanks No Frills and thank you Brighton. You people are amazing.

The quality of the fresh produce has gone down the toilet. Specifically with their value brand. I've had rotten potatoes and carrots the last couple times I've been desperate enough to buy them there.
