Worse costumer service I have ever come across.The place is major FRAUDHad my car repaired through ICBC claimIt was front bumper and lights, fender damages ,I took so many days off from my work and I went the this body shop to get a estimate, so ( John ) the owner kept postponing my estimate to be send to ICBC, he is not professional, highly not recommended this place, so he ended up to refuse to do repair on my vehicle,

I have had several vehicle repairs completed at John's shop over the last 15 years and each time my vehicle was professionally repaired in a prompt and timely manner. John and staff were very helpful with all my questions.

They were really helpful and friendly. Solved our problem right away. John is really nice. Would recommend people to come if you need auto repair.

I already have a claim for Icbc and I was ok to and the thing is they delayed the submitting of estimate and also for almost 4 months … and decided not to bring my vehicle over there ..not recommended at all

Would not recommend going to this body shop if you don’t have someone to double check the work. Had my car repaired through a icbc claim it had bumper and fender damage. I was in the middle of moving provinces and they told me they could complete the repair within the 1 month I had left in BC. I got the car back 1 day before I moved and everything seemed good 6 days later the bumper popped out so I took it to a local shop and they told me that the bumper was being held on with zip ties. The local shop contacted them and they refused any responsibility

Terrible and disgusting work. After accident I took my car there to get it fixed because they were the only body shop who said they would repair it right away. It took me to a while to understand why they were so ready to fix my car. Because no one, in there right mind, would bring their car here to get it fixed. I had to endure the rudeness of a short middle aged poorly-looked indian guy and his staffs to get my car nicely fixed. But it was in vain. That guy did not report all the issues to ICBC. Not only some issues continues %100, and the issues they fixed has poorly done. I complaint to ICBC. They said there are many o complaints. I have to wait for the results. I hate it here. I wish I took it to a nicer place. I would wait 1 week longer but I would get a fixed car.

John did an amazing job at painting side skirts for my 370z. As a car enthusiast we value quality and I gotta say he got it done fast and at an affordable price.

John was great. Expecting my car to be fixed (scratched door) in 5 days but he did it in less than 2 days! Excellent workmanship and really good customer service. They even cleaned the inside of my car!!! It's like going to a car dealer but only paying half the price. Highly recommended!
