We have been offering Genuine Tea at our boutique now for a few years. We are thrilled that they are a small business as we always try to support our local Ontario made products before sourcing from anyone else. Their tea is full of aroma and flavourful. We will continue to support this brand through our small business, Special Effects Lifestyle Boutique, as our customers enjoy the variety of flavours. The tea is now the #1 tea that we use for our Artisan Loft AirBnb clients, when they come to stay at our location in downtown Brighton ON.

Genuinely undrinkable tea. I saw how great the reviews are and I ordered a selection of green teas, both Japanese and Chinese. I am really confused as to the positive reviews, clearly the people reviewing have never had the authentic product because the teas are all extremely low grade, stale and tasteless. Truly undrinkable.

Ordered a small amount of teas from here for my family and I. They were a big hit. So we ordered more. My favourite right now is the butterfly pea flower. It's microground which is perfect for lattes. It would be awesome if they started selling whole flower as well as. The pu'erh was quite astringent, so we are guessing it's raw. The 1st flush darjeeling was a hit as well. I love that a % is donated to Canadian mental health and that they are a Canadian co. Would definitely recommend you give them a try if you love quality teas.

BEST tea I have had in a long time. Their Imperial Jasmine Green Tea is by far the best jasmine tea I have tasted--amazing quality. Their shipping is always so fast too, I usually get my order the day right after!

I recently got some tea from here as a birthday gift the Darjeeling first flush is amazing and the Asam breakfast tea is also pretty good.The issue I had was the Pu'erh tea absolute garbage. I tried it both ways the way the instructionson the package are which is to steep the tea for 3 minutes it was so bitter i couldn't drink it. Left a foul flavor in my mouth I couldn'tget rid of. The other way was with my Gong Fu tea set steeped for about 20 seconds the leaves opened nicely poured that out and steeped ot again for 15 seconds it was ok but very very mild so I steeped the next round for about 35 seconds came out bitter and still with lots of dirt and othe particles. Terrible waste of money i dont recommend.The Cream of Earl Grey was pretty bad. It smelled heavily of perfume one sip and I dumped my cup. Tasted heavily of perfume coated my throat in a way I'm not sure how to describe.

I cannot say enough good things about this tea company. I've searched far and wide for the best teas and nothing beats Genuine Tea! The Cream of Earl Grey is divine. The organic peach apricot is absolutely delicious and the milk oolong is so unique and stunning. I also love how many certified organic teas they offer. It was the first reason I was intrigued by this brand. I recommend it to everyone!

These are the most delicious teas I've ever tried. Particularly love Cream of Earl Grey, Masala Chai and Milky Oolong...all superb. The compostable tea bags are fantastic too. So happy to support a small Canadian company that hopefully won't be small for long ❣️
