Rona was recommended to me as a good place to get paint, their paint department staff was apparently really amazing. I was not disappointed. Lovely people who genuinely wanted me to get the best paint experience I could get.

In a new world, with social distancing practices and people with extra time on their hands, Rona is generally pretty busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Floor arrows are easy to see and follow!

My husband and I found baseboards for our basement project here. There was lots to choose from, and the employees were all very helpful. The cashier made sure we got our bonus Airmiles too. Great store!

If you like standing around for half an hour waiting for someone to help you, this place is it. Lots of employees standing around talking to each other, yet nobody works in that" department. Customer service is terrible. It use to be great

Huge inventory, competitive pricing with knowledgeable staff available. Sad that we got to go to Portage to Rona, because the one in Brandon is such a farce. Not sure why Rona lets Jarrad keep their name

Store lack of stock, personnal lack of knowledge and rona policy, when you do an exchange, you leave the product at the service desk and the time you come back with the right one, they lost it somehow... the demo stock lot of time are not even availaible for long time and not been update. Dosent have lot competition there and that show by leveling by the bottom.

Rona in Portage is the worst experience I have ever had with masks, employees literally follow you around the store. FYI they dont care about medical exemptions or if you've been vaccinated.

The staff at the lumber desk are fully knowledgeable in most areas of the store. If you are having a hard time finding a product just ask them.

Friendly people. Contractor desk very helpful. Through out the store the staff is pretty knowledgeable. Carry 90% of any project that home owners/contractors do. Great PR people. Keep it up Rona portage
