Have mixed feelings on my experience here. This is my second time getting a Jaguar F-pace from Jaguar Troy. Both times had a great experience getting the vehicle. However, with my current 2021 F-pace, I immediately had issues with the vehicle after I brought it home. The amp was defective and would make a loud blaring noise. Took it back, they fixed it within a week and we’re super kind. A month or two later, my engine light came on. I make an appointment and take it in. They tell me the O2 sensor needs to be replaced. They order the part, which understandably takes a few weeks to order and tell me the vehicle is safe to drive. Finally have the O2 sensor replaced weeks later and drive it home. Engine light comes back on the same night. I frustratingly make another appointment and they can’t tell me what’s wrong or why the engine light is on. Say it could be electrical but they have to check what to do and will give me a call. I go on vacation for a week, get busy at work and don’t follow up. Then I send an email to the service department in mid September. No response. I call a week or two after and leave a voicemail. No response. I call the service department again just this week and they tell me to leave a voicemail and they’ll get back to me. Still no response.Immensely disappointed with the service for this issue and for my brand new 2021 F-pace. Every time I have to bring my vehicle in, I’m driving an hour from Toledo. At this point I want the issue resolved immediately or a replacement vehicle. Feel like I was given a defective vehicle.

First time I had my car serviced here and was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of ALL the staff. Only gave stars because I called back immediately after I left as I need some specs on my windshield which was being repaired and no one answered. Third try I got a voice mail so I left a message requesting they return my call. Never got a callback.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I have never seen worse customer service anywhere!!!! I have had nothing but issues with my E-Pace. Since it was under warranty the service had it for an entire month! Then out of no where my car spontaneously burst into flames while off and parked in my driveway! The insurance investigator deemed it the dealerships fault (they are planning on suing this dealership for their negligence!). YOU COULD HAVE KILL ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!

In a day and age where people seem to shy away from buy cars for dealerships, me included, I was happily surprised by the outstanding experience I had dealing with the sales team at Jaguar of Troy. Never once did I feel pressured into a purchase, in fact just the opposite. The sales team was patient and spent their time with me answering any questions and engaging in pleasant conversation as we navigated through the financing and purchase process. Big props to my sales consultant James Wawrzyniak and finance manager Cassandra Chapman on their outstanding customer service. Jaguar of Troy should be proud of their team! They will definitely get my repeat business.

Mechanical repairs are thorough and the team does great (on the repairs). Service communication has been horrendous, no updates, being on hold for what feels like HOURS at a time. My service associate (Melissa) never even responds to the text messages that literally say TEXT ME IF YOU NEED ANYTHING. It is impossible to get service updates, the list goes on. I understand parts sometimes take a week or two to get... Just tell me that, relay that information, keep me in the loop! I would take this elsewhere, but because of warranty it has to be the Troy location.

First of all I'd like to start with saying that I love my car. However, this dealership if probably the worst one to deal with post the purchase. It's bells and whistles till you make the purchase, then it's downhill from there. I dread the simplest visit such as for an oil change.Very disorganized and non caring service department. Not happy with this dealership at all. And they clearly aren't happy to have me as a customer or anyone else. A good shake down needed ASAP or customers will being going elsewhere!

Bought an Fpace on 12-23-22. After a few days with the car, realized it needed some warranty work. Took it back to the dealer on 1-19-23. Not a great customer service experience in service. Not kind or accommodating. After voicing my concerns to the service manager, they were a little more flexible in diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. Now here we sit a month later still waiting on parts" or "waiting on the manager to be in" because no one else knows how to fix a car apparently or schedule an appointment. The entire dealership must shut down because the rest of their staff other than the manager must be incapable of servicing a vehicle. At this moment there is still no resolve and I continue getting pushed. Do yourself a favor
