Recently acquired a new print cut from AGSand I couldn’t be any happier! Andrew (sales) not only helped get me the deal I was looking for but more importantly helped and continuously helping me get my re-launched sign and decal company off and running smoothly. The appointment with Andrew was ignored without any notice.I wasted my day with driving, waited and driving back.I already notified I was coming to buy.Maybe my $10,000 purchase was not enough to be treated as a customer....

Customer service sucks but prices are great. So we're stuck using them.

Selection of equipment is excellent, selection of materials is good, customer service and tech support are very helpful. A good stable company that delivers what it says it will deliver, priced fairly.

I went out to these guys asking for help and ideas to get my old Roland SC500 back up and running. Many other places I called said it was a waste of time. These guys and gals have helped every step of the way even letting me talk directly to the techs in back several times to help me trouble shoot the problems. Horrible customer service, ordered a part from them for a plotter, FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and spicers decided it wasn't thier problem and wanted to charge for a replacement without doing anything about the original shipment with FedEx. They lost a big potential client.

Omg hands down some of my favorite people to work. Fast reliable and extremely pleasant to speak with. Thanks for always being amazing.
