No selection for Zero stars. Took my F150 in for a vibration issue Dec-2022. Transfer case bearings and alignment done-$1600. Still had the vibration issue so took it back Jan-2023 - water pump replaced because of noise related issue-$800. So after spending $2,400 I still have the initial vibration issue. Now they're thinking the transmission might need rebuilt. I would never go back here for anything.

I want to give a huge shout out to the guys at Finch Ford, located at Confederation and Indian Road. Their service was amazing, making this the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our salesperson Kraig Willems, Business Manager Owen and the owner Mark were all the best at their jobs. If you are in the market for a new car please give these guys a try as I have no doubt you will ce away from there feeling as pleased as I did. They went above and beyond to make this customer feel they care about my business

Do not trust the service department!! Got a fusion brand new from this dealership, had it serviced there ever since. Not once have they ever mentioned fluid in the transfer case or getting that serviced. It has never even been checked, the inspection plug still had locktite on the threads from factory! Now the transfer case has run dry and it is blown! You bring a vehicle into the dealership to get it looked after by the people that know it best, clearly this dealership either doesn't know what they are doing or just would rather you break down so they can charge you more to fix it! Go anywhere else!!

If you value your money and time do not shop here for a vehicle. The sales manager is atrocious and ignorant. Lots of lies being told…gave them a second chance and same thing all over again and unfortunately I will never shop here again. Went to another Ford dealership bought a car and was treated with respect.

We had a great buying experience with salesperson Justin Wiens at Finch Lincoln in Sarnia. We are not from Sarnia but we leased from there as we were treated respectfully and made to feel comfortable. The out of town trip was well worth the buying experience we had. Justin was knowledgeable about his products and took lots of time with us to make sure we were comfortable with all the options before we drove away. The full staff of Finch made us feel comfortable and we were pleasantly greeted in every department. We highly recommend your visiting Finch Lincoln if you are thinking of changing vehicles.

Never buy the extended warranty as it is not going to cover anything. Better to not get pawned $2k-$3k for a useless warranty.Make sure you fully understand the issues the vehicle has before buying, if opting for a used one. The issues won't be covered after you purchase the vehicle.

The service department is great. These guys really understand proper customer service, which is a refreshing thing in this day and age. I’ll happily be returning here with my vehicles for any future service.
