Careless service! I went to this post office to cancel my mail forwarding. The lady refused to do it saying that it can only be cancelled online. I then tried the location at Shopper in Richmond Centre. I got refund right away.

Visited this post office today around 1pm today and the lady was very rude, maybe I interrupted her lunch? When I went in, no one is at the front. I was trying to send 2 oversized letter mails, which I have been sending using the same size envelop and never had a problem. The lady insisted the envelope is above the size limit and has to be sent by parcel. Seriously? If you don't want to work then why come to work?

How about you put the right business hours on your delivery notices? Delivery notice says 9:00 to 7:00 on Friday. It was not open at 6:15 when I was there. Good thing I'm not a senior citizen that needs to spend an hour on transit to get somewhere.

The staff member that assisted me was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I was extra unknowledgeable as I'm not from Canada so was very grateful for her guidance posting something to Alberta.

If I can give the no star, I will give the zero star. The mid-age woman is very rude. She said if you not donate , she will not borrow the thing for u. I don’t know why they force the customer to donate. By the way, very bad customer experience. This time I understand why this location have the low rate.

For over 20-years, Canada Post has yet to deliver (any parcel, nor live-up to their quoted time); If a person pays for a service they should receive it, and if the ETD is not met then the cost of delivery should be refunded; I paid CP for the expedited service (3 business days) that was listed for delivery the following Monday, yet the tracking states it MIGHT be delivered on Thursday (5 business days, 7- actual days) EVENING ! !(Google, pls add a ZERO/NO star rating to the review system!!)

Never used to have an issue having mail move through this post office, but I have had 2 packages get lost" in the past 10 days. This is extremely unacceptable considering it is medication that is needed. If packages are getting "lost" this consistently

In the past, I would purposefully NOT visit this location due to some very unfriendly and rude employees. However during my recent visit, it seems as though they've changed their employees. The lady who helped me send my parcel was so patient and kind. She explained everything that I needed and professional and efficient. Such a stark contrast from the extremely inhospitable service I've received in the past.

Strait forward and to the point. I think the people leaving bad reviews might not understand Hong Kong or Asian customs. Shocking to Canadians? Yes. But not something to gripe about. unless you want tissue to wipe that wet behind you expect from the services industry.

Absolute nonsense from this Post!!! DON'T process items in a timely manner, DON'T update tracking...this Post is supposed to be able to handle incoming and update on outgoing continuously, NOT only when it suits them! DON'T use Canada Post! FedEx or UPS is far more efficient, with extreme fast service! Items from either of them are received roughly 7 days earlier than Canada Post!
