Been a few times now want to give some praise for Erin that works there as well as the pharmacy that the clinic is attached to. Each time the staff has been wonderful, friendly, compassionate. Barely any wait time. Once in you get asked a lot of questions to make sure they are connecting you to best doctor available for concerns. Keep up the excellent work.

I usually do not write any sort of reviews but this comes to the health and well beings of individuals, luckily mine wasn’t severe by any means but here’s the details.Booked an over the phone appointment selected 230pm, didn’t get a call till 4:15ish.Was told they would fax my prescription over to the pharmacy that I chose in a couple of hours… the pharmacy never received anything. I called the doctors office several times to no avail. Finally I get an email back the NEXT day stating they sent it to a a different shoppers. I went in for my prescription only to get home and find out they forgot something (not shoppers, the doctor)It is now nearly 24 hours later, I was told they faxed the proper meds over on several different occasions and I’ve went to shoppers twice to find out they have NOTHING.Don’t waste your time with this “Good Doctors”UPDATE: They got a hold of the doctor who helped me and I picked up the prescription - 10 Reactin pills with no refills. I told the doctor im not seeing success with reactin so he proceeded to prescribe me MORE and 10 only days worth. Thank goodness my seasonal allergies will be gone by then… (sarcasm)Terrible 48 hour experience

Poor service, new to Chatham.. I could not locate the clinic.. reached for the appointment 5 mins late .The nurse was rude.. no explanation- I was expected to provide one reason for my visit and that would be discussed with doctor telemedicine. I was disappointed when she closed the door on me after I expressed my frustration. I did not raise my voice for her to behave rudely ..

Went in to have a prescription filled, have been waiting over a week to have it sent to the pharmacy. I was also charged $10 cash by one of the nurses for that same visit. Government funding being cut I was told. I wonder why they’re cutting the funding? Maybe because they do the bare minimum.

Just moved back to Chatham last year and of course I can’t find a family doctor, like thousands of others in Chatham-Kent. No problem. I see specialists in Toronto for my diabetic-related needs and am otherwise generally healthy. Three days with a sinus infection. Decide to try a clinic vs the 8-12 hour wait in Emergency. No problem. Easily get an online appointment. No problem for me but not for the poor older lady waiting beside me who doesn’t know how to work the internet. Get in, the RPN does an efficient and courteous check on my issue. I meet with the virtual doctor who says I probably have a viral infection but we won’t know for sure unless we do a swab. Problem: they have run out of swabs. He gives me antibiotics just in case and sends me on my way. No problem, EXCEPT for the $15 to be paid because “the government has removed the funding.” Problem: as stated by others, only one issue per appointment and $15. Problem: for all prescription refills I need to pay $15. So basically, through no fault of my own or anyone else in the full waiting area, due to the government not being able to staff Chatham with family doctors, though they promise equal access for all to walk-in clinics, I am now using a paid private medical service. No problem for fortunate me, but a huge problem for the many people who pay taxes too, yet can’t afford the medical treatment. This is my first ever political post. Please tell me who I should send it to to get action.

Came here on a Friday afternoon, for an ear infection. Very clean, nurses are very nice. Had a wonderful experience until I found out they never sent my prescription out to my pharmacy. I had asked to get the paper copy to take to my pharmacy myself. They said no. By the time I found out it never was sent out they were closed. And are closed all weekend. So I pretty much spent $15 for nothing. I either find yet another clinic to go to. Or I wait til Monday for them to potentially not have my script anymore.

I think my comment pertains to healthcare in general, however, I booked a phone appointment requiring a prescription refill and a skin concern. They addressed the refill, which took 30 seconds and then when I addressed my skin concern, I was told it was one issue per visit. I questioned this, considering I had spent 30 seconds with my previous “issue” and was told that they had over 80 other patients waiting and are overwhelmed, so a nurse would call me back. The one issue per visit rule is questionable considering if my other issue had been more serious, and I was required to book a follow up which the doctor originally suggested, would they not be worried? If Id had chest pains, would that not be addressed?I understand when some patients want to spend upwards of 40 minutes addressing 10 issues, however this practice is unethical in a province where finding a family doctor is nearly impossible.

Good Doctor? Not quite the description I would use, More like Bad Doctor!. My Wife has what she believes is an eye infection of somekind, she booked an appointment for today over an automated system, she was sent the conframation email stating her appointment was today at 3:40pm and it couldn't be canceled or changed. I drive my Wife to Chatham, she arrives 10 mins early, she waits and then hears a 4pm appointment called. She asked the receptionist if she was next as her appointment was 3:40. The Woman working was very rude and tried telling her the appointment was tomorrow, even after my Wife showed the conframation email with todays date and time, The receptionist still rudely dismissed my Wife. I would be very cautious if thinking of attending this clinic! If you do decide to, make sure you call and get a human to confirm your appointment or you could end up S.O.L. hopefully my Wifes eye doesn't get worse as I work tomorrow and can't bring her back, Although that might actually be a good thing. Not a clinic I would recommend!!!!! BEWARE.

My wife is 7 weeks pregnant with severe morning sickness. We got booked in to The “Good” Doctors, and the nurse was very kind and asked all of the necessary questions. They wouldn’t let me in the room with my wife, despite the fact that the doctor to be seen would be via video conference. My wife gets online with The Doctor, she tells him her symptoms, and asks if she wants to abort the baby?! He continues to be dismissive and telling her that she doesn’t know she’s pregnant, a pregnancy test doesn’t mean you’re pregnant (we’ve been taking tests for 6 months trying to conceive, all were negative until the 2 we took on separate days were POSITIVE. End of the call, he wouldn’t prescribe her with any anti-nausea medication, basically told her she wasn’t pregnant.Later that evening, my wife collapses and convulses and is taken to the emergency and guess what?! SHE’S 7 WEEKS PREGNANT!! We got to see the baby through an ultrasound. She had to be treated with IV and prescribed anti-nausea meds, NO thanks to the Good Doctors. If you’re wishing to be scolded and neglected for the health issues only you are experiencing, but are told otherwise, then the Not-so-good Doctors is the place to be.

I called in the morning and left a voicemail, the automated answering service stated noone was available for my call. 6 hours later I get a call back to see how my appointment went. I explained to her she was the first person who called me back. She apologized and took both my kids information and booked them for back to back appointments. We arrived 5 minutes early and wrote our names in the book like it was posted at the unattended desk. After 15 minutes a nurse came out and asked if we were the family that was booked. I confirmed their names and she said they were unable to see them since they had 2 walk ins. One of the walk ins came in after us and the other held the door for us to walk in as we arrived at the same time. The person who came in after us was friends with the nurse that told us they were no longer able to see the kids.I called the phone line again. Left a voice mail again. Have not heard back for several days. Called again after 3 days and never heard back. I do not recommend this place. They don't keep the appointments that are booked and the staff in the office were quite rude. The person I spoke to over the phone was great.
