I dined in at this location.My order arrived promptly. I went to get my drink the area was dirty and messy.As I'm eating my meal I noticed an employee standing in the food prep area eating something.I doubt that I will ever visit this location .

I ordered the Swiss mushroom melt and all I got was onions and cheese with 3 mushrooms on it. it's the same with their bacon king burger!! u only get 3 slices of bacon on it!!! i also got the jalapenos bites they were so dried out they weren't cheesy at all. so disappointing and ripped off!!! burger King cheaps out on their coustomers and their advertising lies to u. save your money. don't eat here!!!

Cleanliness: This Burger King location is not the best when it comes to store cleanliness, but it is not as dirty also,. Maybe because the establishment is old whic makes the tile and tables look not at its best.Crew and Service.The girl I posted on the picture is nice but just like other food chain they are not polite but they are not as bad. She doesn’t know the thing I am trying to order, which is basically on their poster, which is the spicy or angry cheese burger, so I don’t need up having the regular ones. I told her I want onion ring but didn’t relay the information. It is a good thing I have asked the other girl for it, if not fries would have been given.Overall it is not bad yet it is not the best Burger King to visit like the one n Markham.

Food is great but service could be better. Asked for no tomato on my impossible burger and the boy who made it out tomato on, then took it off and expected that to work. He looked annoyed when asked to remake it without so someone else did it for him. When someone asks for something not on their burger, taking it off does nothing as the allergen is still there.

5 star only for the girl who is working right now 1:37 am in drive thru. don’t know why she was alone but best service and she was doing her job so professionally ✅ thanks really appericiate your service food is delicious

I go to eat whopper Wednesday every week. I recently moved and this is my closest location. Service is usually fine. However there is an employee named Adam who I always hopes is working. He is by far my favourite employee at any Burger King. He is friendly and always provides us with extra mayo. Please give this man a raise. He truly deserves it. Thank you Adam for making my Wednesdays better.

Quite disappointed with this location lately, though it tastes good but tonight i got the roadhouse chicken sandwich and the chicken only covers half my bun the other half has cheese and bbq sauce.. Moght as well call this the roadkill chicken
