I have now bought both my daughters mattresses from Cliff and both of my pride and joy girls sleep like Queens. Great quality, great staff but best of all great prices. We have always bought Sealy/ Serta's but never again. I am keeping my money local after my buddy Neil Carson told me about Mulhollands and let me tell you Neil was right. We have yet to sleep on the mattress and box spring we purchased. So I'm not sure what it will be like but it does seam nice. I wish I could say as much for the service. My wife and i went to the store and could not find a sales person. We need to find another work that had to go in the back to get her. A older lady came out from the back not wearing a mask, on the door says masks must be worn. You could tell that she was not impressed that we were even there as when we explain what we wanted. She told use where they were with no help in what would be best for us. I even told my wife im ready to leave I think she might have heard me say that. A few years ago we purchase a new bed from the brick bed store. They had us try different beds and helped choose the best one for us, didn't get that here.Now it comes to the day we pick it up same lady. Again no mask and attitude again, this time my daughter went in to let them know we were there for pick up. She opens the door comes out and while I'm standing there with my arm in a sling because of surgery she says ( well I need help and walks away) my daughter goes and helps and we get it in the truck. Just as we are done a gentleman comes from the back and says to her why didn't you come get me. I was ticked not good service at all. I only hope this bed is better then the customer service.

Mattress seemed perfect in store. Was going to pick up they said it would take a week. I called a bit after a week and they said oh, let me check. It had been sitting ready for pick up and I was never called so I don’t know for how long for as they were to call me.Anyways, Mattress is way to firm, nothing like in the store. I tried it out for about 3.5 weeks to try and break it in, when I called to ask about the return policy the man said they do not do refunds and never even suggested to me that I do a comfort exchange. ( I don’t think he really cared to be honest)I also don’t like how they did not write down the day I picked it up on the bill just the day I purchased, as they offer a 30 day comfort exchange at 20% loss or something, therefore if I had went in they’d probably look at the purchase date not the pick up date putting me out at least 10-12 days. I don’t care care if I would have lost 20%, and you offered to make it softer. I can’t sleep on this mattress. So I am out 1300$, and for that I do not suggest this company and I will not shop here again. Unfortunately I threw my old one out.

We visited here about a year ago to investigate a planned bed & mattress purchase. Even though we arrived before the posted store hours, the door was open and we were met shortly by Barb, the Operations Manager. She showed us around the store and showed us what we wanted to see. Recently, we returned to purchase and the experience was similar - arriving at store opening we were again quickly met by Barb. Based on our requirements, she recommended a specific mattress and that is what we ordered. We also purchased 2 L&P adjustable beds to put the mattresses on. The mattresses were manufactured, delivered and the beds set up in our bedroom by the date specified. Shortly after, I found some minor deficiencies with the L&P adjustable beds and emailed Barb. She promised to send a tech with some parts to look at the beds and correct the problem. The guys came as promised, had the small parts I wanted and we fixed the problem. I prefer dealing with family businesses and CJ Mulholland did not disappoint. We are now sleeping more comfortably than we ever have and I would highly recommend this business.

I purchased a mattress back in 2018 and over the years it started to break down and lose its firmness. Luckily they were willing to let me drop it off so they could repair it. It was dropped off one morning & they decided that it was better to just make a brand new one there on the spot. I slept on a brand new mattress that night and only paid a repair fee. I was quite happy with how nice the new mattress is and also how quick they were to fix the situation.

Bought a Queen Size mattress and box spring. Had it delivered and phoned an hour later to get it out and give me a refund. The box spring was making a terrible noise. The manager showed up and said the box spring wood was warped. Also was quoted the mattress had springs but turned out it was all foam. Not to happy. Worst part is got rid of my old mattress set. This is our second time buying mattresses here. The first time was 10 + years ago. It was time to upgrade and replace the old ones. The quality is great. We ordered on a Saturday and they were delivered within 5 days. All Canadian products and made on sight. Thank you very much.
