Bought a Groupon for a friend to drive a Lambo. First of all on the Groupon website the cars that they list are not even available. If you do want to higher end car you have to pay an extra $125 when booking which is not mentioned when purchasing the Groupon. When booking through email you're asked which car you would like for your booking . After choosing the car date and time we were sent a confirmation email. The day of the appointment upon arriving we were told that the car is not working mechanically so it is not available. Not sure why we weren't told this upon the confirmation email as we would have chosen a different date and time. The Groupon is very misleading and the cars at this place are garbage.I will not be recommending this place to anybody and not purchasing a groupon from them ever again! What a waste of a day taken off work to drive a garbage Audi for $150

Got the lambo!! Great car what an amazing serviceeee!! The guys were very helpful, gave me a full run through of the car. The pickup and drop off process was easy as well! Will be back again in the summer!

Not accommodating at all!!!! I bought 2 Groupon's for my husband and father in law to got together.. I just got a refund from groupon because they offered 2 dates only for the 6 lap race experience.. Thosgcve 2 dates were a Monday's as we are from out of town, a weekend would be more suitable foe the working folk. They offer dates for a test drive but thats not what I bought it for, or they said I could book for next year.. This was all done through email since they dont take calls.. very frustrating. So buyer beware if you have mondays free go for it, as the groupon did not state that..

I had a bad experience turned into a very good experience.My wife got the 60 minute test drive for me as a gift. I had originally booked the GTR but when I got out there it wasn't available. None of the other cars they offered me interested me so I asked for a refund.As soon as I had gotten home, the manager, Gary had contacted both my wife and I to apologize. He explained the situation and went above and beyond to make it right. I wasn't expecting this at all and was very appreciative.The next time we went out there, Bobby was waiting for us. He greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome and took us out for our drive. Everything went completely smooth. I took out the Lamborghini Gallardo and I'm still buzzing about it.My good experience far out weighs my bad experience and I'm looking forward to my next test drive.

I was concerned when their staff weren't getting back to us about the reservation by phone and even by emails. I was also concerned that the car list advertised on the site, by Groupon, and their emails were all different. We decided to make the trip regardless for our allotted time in hopes the car was available. Unfortunately, we learned the car we booked was not available after we arrived. On top of that, we didn't know we would have to pay HST as we arrived because the Groupon doesn't include it (even though it wasn't stated as far as we're aware). Although they provided notice an hour ahead of time, we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for staff to open the doors for us as they were running behind the day we went. Not good signs.However, the car I got to drive that day, an AMG GTR, was even more special than the one we had reserved. The staff member I dealt with that day was friendly, knowledgeable, and just overall great to have in the car. The test drive was great, only dampened by the speed limits in the area. If I were to go again, and I think I will, I would sign up for a track day.I understand others have had difficulties with Liberty Exotics and I can see why, but if you are okay with flexibility in terms of time and the availability for cars, it's a great experience. The reason they have difficulties reserving the right cars is because they're always in and out and often run into problems. These aren't vehicles that are easy to maintain and you never know if the person before you crashed the car you were hoping to drive.For the amount we paid and the experience I had, I would say it is definitely worth it. Try to keep an open mind about your choice of car and you'll have a great time.

Changing my review from 1 to 4-star! While initially booking with the company was difficult, they finally reached out to me and not only booked our appointment for exactly when we wanted it but they also offered us a very generous experience. They were very apologetic, very professional, and very understanding about my frustrations. After the initial email confirming the booking they communicated with me very clearly from that point on. We showed up for our appointment and they took care of us immediately and even upgraded our car! My boyfriend had an AMAZING time and we're hoping to go again.

I am not one to post negative reviews, however I need to explain our experience with Liberty Exotics. I found them through Groupon and purchased a voucher to use for my husband’s birthday. Their site stated that we were only able to make a reservation via email so I emailed them over 2 weeks in advanced. I did not receive a response. I emailed them 2 more times and nothing (mind you, I tried calling multiple times just to follow up but no answer). I emailed them again stating that I specifically purchased this voucher for a specific day so please let me know if we can book the car otherwise I’d have to get a refund. They finally replied back saying we are booked for the day and time I asked for. We drove all the way there only to see that the car was “not brought back from the previous renter”. We waited a little bit and the man said that we can come back tomorrow or another day and he can offer some perks. There were no other running cars that were available for us to switch to either. I told him we’ll think about it. My husband was so angry and just wanted to leave. When you plan for a special occasion, planning another day defeats the whole purpose of celebrating. I will say it was partly my fault for not realizing how terrible their business management is after no email or calls answered. I should have just cancelled my voucher after a few tries, seeing as how they didn’t care to respond until I mentioned that I would need to get a refund if I don’t get an answer. Please beware.

Amazing test drive! Got a 30 min drive on groupon as a gift and I booked my time and date via email, upon arrival, they helped me set up, and we went on the drive! Amazing customer service, professional, and highly recommend!I will be rebooking for a 1 hour drive !

Loved it. Did the 1 hour test drive package with lambo. Drove around GTA streets. Country side area and hwy. Awesome experience. Fun car. 100% recommend for you or great idea to buy as a gift !!!

This place is a scam. Don’t buy from them!! Before purchasing the voucher, I was contacted multiple times by Gurbir to ensure I bought the voucher. He assured me that the car I wanted was available for the day I wanted so I was told to purchase the voucher and email the team for booking. After purchasing the voucher the team disappears and stops responding to all calls and emails. I called Gurbir many times and after threatening for a refund he contacted me saying the car I wanted wasn’t available and the day or time I wanted is also not available. When I’m requesting a refund there is no response from this team either. Very unprofessional!
